I liked the room, it was comfortable, especially the bed. It had a nice big tv. The cleaning was great. The big disappointment was the pool size and area. People hogged the chairs with towels all day. And there weren’t enough chairs as is. Stayed for 10 days and never got a chair once. I wouldn’t go back because of this. The staff were friendly and efficient.

The Perfect Waikīkī Hotel

Great access to Waikīkī beach (2 min walk from the lobby) and right in the heart of the downtown area. Pleasantly surprised at the great value for this hotel given the location and property. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, and everything from the pool amenities to the rooms was clean and convenient. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Waikiki.

Wouldn’t stay here again. We stayed 4 days at outrigger reef and it was so much better in cusomsetvice and this place never offered us options to upgrade or buy voyager 47 like we had at other location. Could have save money and by time we found out too late.

Fantastic stay right in the middle of Waikiki!

I had a wonderful stay at the Outrigger Beachcomber. The hotel is right in the middle of everything in Waikiki, and you have to cross the street to get to the beach. I stayed for six nights and was sad to leave. The bed is super comfortable, the room is light and airy, and the coffee shop/bar by the pool is awesome. I never felt like the pool was too busy and always found a chair to sit on. I didn't know what to expect because I had difficulty picking a hotel in Waikiki, but I am so glad I landed here. Also, I had a minor issue with my first room, which I mentioned in a quick check-in survey, and was accommodated in a new room quickly; that kind of service sets the Beachcomber apart. That wasn't something I was expecting, but it greatly impacted my stay. I will tell everyone I know about the Beachcomber and my great stay here.
