Not too sure how safe this hotel is, we were given a room that was not clean — looked like someone was staying in there with the tv turned up so high, bottles everywhere, messy bed. One night at 4am, the alarm went off —the staff didn’t know what was going on too, they said they were still investigating when I called. On a good note, we’re thankful for one of the front desk supervisors who gave us a room upgrade after the first incident. The location is perfect, beach front, and the pool is also lovely. The staff are all nice.

This hotel was perfect for our needs. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the service was excellent. We spent most of our time on the island away from the hotel so this one was a perfect choice for a clean and affordable location close to everything in Waikiki.

I cannot speak highly enough of the Outrigger Waikiki Beachcomber. This place is awesome! We’ve stayed a number of times in Waikiki but this was the first time at the Beachcomber. From check in to check out we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Being a gold Expedia member we were upgraded to a premium ocean view room on arrival and enjoyed a free cooked breakfast at the Hawaiian Aroma cafe for the length of our stay. This place is central Waikiki. The International Market is just down the road, Dukes restaurant and the Cheesecake Factory are just across the road, a 2 minute walk, as is the beach! I don’t think I could stay anywhere else in Waikiki now. We will definitely be going back to the Beachcomber when we go back!

Perfect position with great services attached such as cirque du Soleil, Maui brewery, and a cafe/bar. One of the nights the fire alarm went off. Absolutely chaotic and disorganised response from staff. If it was an actual emergency things would have gone very bad Stayed here in 24.

The hotel is in a great area in Waikiki easy walking distance to everything. There was only two things that we were disappointed in 1 is that there is no one around to help you with you’re bags at night when we arrived and it was confusing on how to reach the lobby upstairs with luggage. 2 was that there was no body soap in dispenser in the shower. Besides that Hotel is ok for a short stay
