Room was clean & quiet. Close to freeway, which was convenient. 1night stay near family.

We have stayed here a few times because it is relatively close to my in-laws. This time the room we had appeared very clean but the furnishings were showing quite a bit of ware. Staff friendly. We checked in late because of the Thanksgiving holiday. The first time we stayed we checked out the breakfast but not much to eat for us other than yoghurt. We have special dietary needs.

Tv kept cutting off, no picture. Sometimes wouldn't change the channel or slow down at least. Couldn't get into your vehicle when it was raining without getting your shoes and socks drenched. The engineering of water flow in the parking lot couldn't be worse, especially the handicap spot in front of the office. 6" of water in a puddle over the width of a vehicle. Black mold on the tiles in the handicap rooms. Handicap room, bathroom door will not open all the way because it hits the bed. ADA regulations are abused. The bathroom floor is slicker than ice when wet.

This hotel was very clean and had recently been updated. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The location was close to stores and restaurants. The hotel felt secure, they locked the door from 9pm to 9am and you could not enter without your room key. The breakfast was a nice addition. This hotel met our needs for our one night stay.

I travel with a service dog. They have a potty area out back but it is full of nutria. They always make me pay a pet fee despite it being illegal. Breakfast is very good! Rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Doors are LOUD when they close. Every room I have had is noisy. Laundry, elevator, ice machine, banging doors etc. but I stay here all the time for convenience and have become used to it.

The room did not look clean and it rigged like cigarette smoke. The room was supposed to be smoking free and it was not. Also the noise from rooms next door is easily heard. The place needs renovation.
