Being the largest seaside town on the Essex sunshine coast, Clacton-on-Sea has a vibrant mix of coast, country, and urban life. Clacton has so much to offer with everything you expect from a coastal town. With the Princes Theatre across the road, the beach, cafés, promenade, pier, and all amenities within walking distance.
There is some construction work to the outside of the building and in the foyer entrance,

Sitting within an area surrounded by amenities, close to Clacton train station with a direct link to London Liverpool Street, walking distance to the high street and to the beachfront.
Britain's oldest town Colchester is just 28 minutes away by train or only 16 miles by car. With easy links by road, train, coach, ferry and plane and the centre of London only an hour and a half away.

The host has a parking scheme called MI permit, it allows use to the stated parking locations on band A and B. You must send registration within 24 hours of booking check in time, it is the responsibility of the guest to provide the information within the agreed time to access the parking scheme.
