The people were nice but the hotel is undergoing renovation - which it desperately needs. However it smelled like bleach to the point of tears and the place was just very dumpy.

A convenient airport location

An older building. Some cosmetic repairs were underway that made the hotel look a little untidy. However, the room had some comforts like bedside USB plugs and a mini fridge and microwave. And you will be hard pressed to find a more convenient location by the airport for the same price. I would probably stay there again.

The room was good however a baby down the hall cried for 30 minutes when I was trying to sleep. Construction was being done and dusty. Since I had a 7 am flight there was no breakfast available. Other hotels open their kitchens earlier to accommodate early flights or offer lunch bags for taking.

I want to compliment the staff for letting me check in early, very early. So very much appreciated. Value hotel. Only complaint would be lack of plugs around the desk area in the room, and the microwave wasn't plugged in behind the entertainment unit, so I had to bring the microwave into the bathroom to reheat leftovers. Both are very minor inconveniences

We thought we had free parking for the week while we were on Vacation. Turns out only the first night is free. The outlet in the bathroom did not work and we had to move the microwave in order to use it because there was no outlet close to it. We did not have breakfast but the dining area was very small. Not the worst hotel stay but not the best. Would not stay there again.

I would like to say we travel a lot and stayed in a lot of best westerns all over the us. But the guy at counter last night after us having a very bad Easter was very rude and gave nasty looks to my family. I want my money back for this horrible stay.

Shuttle service to the airport was great and confident. Staff was very friendly and nice. Room wasn’t the cleanest-our kids’ feet were black from the filthy floors and there were quite a few clumps of hair on the shower wall.

Property was under construction. Was not informed. And I booked a single bed room when I got there I was given a double bed room and was told there were no more single rooms. But I checked in like and said there was one available.
