Staff was okay. There was no one available to check out with in the AM. I did not stay long enough for breakfast. Room was clean. Shower had shampoo/conditioner dispenser but they were empty and there was not any small bottles on the sink. Lucky I had some with me. Rooms are not sound proof! Door close very loud. I had doors shutting all night waking me up. There were loud people in the room next to me. Park is limited. Not great experience.

Driver cheerfully got us at the airport at 12:30 a.m. Staff is very helpful. Room is clean and larger than expected for an inexpensive hotel. There has been considerable renovation since our last stay, and we appreciate the continued work. Rugs in hall need cleaning. If you need a 24/7 shuttle and an inexpensive, clean room. This is the place to book.

I stayed at this Best Western following an unexpected late night flight cancellation and was impressed by the level of service and hospitality. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience. The complimentary shuttle was prompt and efficient, and the driver was courteous and welcoming. My room was clean, quiet, and featured a full kitchenette that added to the convenience of my stay. Overall, this hotel exceeded expectations and provided much-needed comfort during a very stressful travel situation. Highly recommended!

stay at Best Western in Cleveland , booked through Expedia. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and far below acceptable standards. From the moment we arrived: The hotel had a strong unpleasant odor throughout the property. The room was in very poor condition. Instead of an actual shuttle, a regular car picked us up, which was not what was advertised. Shockingly, we found blood stains on the comforter, which was only replaced after we complained. We later discovered mold in the bathroom, and when we brought it to the staff’s attention, they acted as if it was normal. These conditions are completely unacceptable for a paid stay and pose serious health and safety concerns. We did not receive the standard, cleanliness, or service that was promised at the time of booking.

This was a stay for my birthday. We specifically booked this for the pool. However, the pool was very cloudy and not clean- with bugs and hair floating around, dirty bandaids etc. There were dead bugs by the drain in the pool area. Overall just looked like the place wasn’t maintained. It seemed to be under construction when we went. The room was okay- not super clean but not horrible- no bugs or anything. Mattress was very firm and uncomfortable. The hotel breakfast was good. Lots of options available. At one point we went to get in our car and one of the workers was touching it? Overall not great. I would find somewhere else to stay next time.

The property is very convenient to the airport. A great solution for long term parking for a stay and fly. Elaine the driver is very friendly in the pick up and drop off at the airport. Our flight was before the breakfast so we couldn't partake. I would use this property again.

It is very close to the airport and they have a free shuttle. Staff was kind enough. For the price, I was just a bit shocked. It was clearly renovated but it felt so " cold" ( not literally) and , it still has an old vibe to it. That being said, it was clean, it is close to the airport - they have a free shuttle. It is just somehow not what I expected.
