Steps from the magic.

Desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was ready early which is always a plus. Love the location! It’s steps away from Disneyland. We always stay at Tropicana when we come to Disneyland. We can easily sneak back for a midday rest. And after the fireworks, it’s an easy walk back after a 20,000 step day.

This facility was the best if you are visiting Disney. It has lot of restaurants nearby, a small store within that operates until midnight and opens at 6am. it also has a laundry unit within as well. Very clean facility, walking distance to Disney. We went to park at 8 am and came back from the park around 1pm and rested and head back around 6pm till closing. very nice to be near the park so we can escape the afternoon heat and recharge.

Tropicana is a great place to stay

The Tropicana is a nice and clean place to stay. Shower has good water pressure, bed and pillows are fairly comfortable. The walls are thin, but we still slept soundly. The proximity to the parks is awesome!

Perfect for Disney Trips

Perfect for visiting Disney. My only complaint is that the shop that boasted coffee didn’t have any. Other than that it’s a perfect place to stay when visiting Disneyland.

TLDR: If you plan to spend most of your day in Disney Land/California Adventure and just need a place to store your luggage, shower, and sleep/rest then this is as good as it gets. It's so close and has just what you need. The location is amazing. I think it was about 10 minutes from the hotel to the main entry for Disney/California Adventure. It might have taken more time to get through the DisneyLand gates than it did to walk over. The rooms are what you would expect from a older property. Everything was clean for the most part but nothing fancy or modern here. Our room had one of those AC/heater units by the window which was great but definitely made the side of the bed closest to the window colder than the other when the AC ran. One downside was that our bathroom had a strong sulfur smell the night we checked in. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. We definitely would strongly consider staying here again our next Disney trip.
