Staff was great, had to call for new tv as the tv didnt work when we got there but staff was quick and brought new tv very quickly. We stayed for 6 days and the cleaning service only came once which was a little difficult, we had to request new towels and trash pick up. Staff was very quick to respond however we shouldn’t have had to call for these basic things! Other than that hotel was great and very convenient for the Disney Parks!

Pretty clean hotel that is close to Disneyland without paying the Disney Hotel pricing to be at the park. The staff was very friendly. We called ahead for a late check in, and the staff was very appreciative and we welcoming when we arrived at about 2:00am. Right across the street from Disneyland, so you can walk; also nice because their parking costs are not outrageous in comparison to other locations I have been to in the area. We will be coming back again for sure.

This was a great stay for a short one day Disneyland trip. The walk was so very close and there are restaurants on both sides that you could walk to as well. It was very convenient to be able to park your car before checking in so we could go to the park and not have to figure out the parking. The room was very clean and spacious. There were plenty of towels to take showers when you have been at the park all day and want to freshen up for the second round in the evening. I recommend to anyone for the clean friendly and convenient stay

Worth the price! Room was spacious, clean, smelled good. Staff was really nice. Large bathroom space with 2 sinks. Couch fold out for a bed suitable for a small child. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker. 2 pools with towels avail. Close to John Wayne (Orange County) Airport. There is a daily parking fee. There’s day parking avail which they called valet, so parking for overnight guests is limited. I made sure to come back early to secure my space. The gift shop is huge & had everything I needed, even alcohol, coffee, Mickey shirts & medicine at a decent price. Food is so close by. IHOP, McDonalds, Panera Bread, Cold Stone Ice cream just steps away. Entrance to the park literally across the street. We usually stay down further on Harbor & shuttle in to the park. No more! I’ve found my new hotel.

Fast easy experience checking in and out. Great location conveniently located within walking distance of Disneyland. Enjoyed the swimming pool and hot it was nice and quiet. I would definitely come here again just for the location.

Our room had a smell, didn't feel that clean. Staff wasn't terribly friendly. Locations great, short walk to Disney, you'd think theyd take more pride in this place!
