Usually I like Best Westerns for a budget friendly stay, but this one was awful. So, so dirty everywhere. The floors were sticky, every carpet was filthy, the bathrooms were terrible. The pool is huge, but rusting and molding and the pool deck was filthy. They were hosting a car show, so had blocked off most of the parking and I was told to “figure it out” by the front desk staff. We received no prior communication that a large car show would be there. I rarely leave negative reviews, if at all, but I don’t want other people to think this will be like most Best Westerns, which I have had very favorable experiences with. Just pass on this one, it’s gross.

Most of the parking lot was closed off and it was very difficult to get in. One of the elevators wouldn’t go to the first floor. Pictures didn’t match what the place actually was. No breakfast.

We were told no clean room was available at 4 pm, then at 8:30 pm, there was no one at the desk. Apparently, one of the front desk workers was missing, and the other gentleman told us he had to discipline some of the multiple soccer players which were playing pranks on the other guests. The young man working was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL but clearly overworked. Not his fault. This site apparently ALWAYS has multiple pre-teen teams staying with minimal supervision. Keep that in mind if you plan to book with them.

Will at the front desk was great. Our original room had issues and he immediately got us a different room to stay in. It’s not the fanciest hotel but great for an overnight. Would definitely stay there again.

I wasn’t expecting much from a 3 star hotel, I knew what I was walking into, but because it was a last minute trip, I booked in the closest hotel there is. But man 3 star rating is too high for this place. Absolutely filthy, I thought I was walking into an old Smelly damp and dirty motel as in the old western movies. Clients had a picnic going on outside the front door of the hotel, loud music and drunk people. Guest service was nonexistent. Room was dirty. The next door people were loud all night, screaming at each other. Couldn’t wait to check out and leave.

Didn’t like that they never came to clean room and had to beg to have trash emptied or get towels. Never made bed after staying 4 nights when questioned them was told had to request to have room cleaned. That’s crazy never had to before!!

Our rooms had a smelly smell that lingered hit they accommodated us on new rooms but still had a small Lingering stench. They did address and send room service but the initial room was pretty gross and the one bed had a pee stain!

Our stay was short but it was good, quiet and clean. Only complaint is the bathrrom needs to have more lighting it was very dim other than if we are ever in the cleveland area would definately be staying here again.

We stayed for one night . But our stay was nice. The mall is about a min away. Two gas stations near by. The lobby was nice! And they have dining there but we didnt have a chance to check it out. Good visit!
