The second floor hallway smelled so so badly of smoke. The room didn’t but there were moments when you were in the bathroom area near the door and could smell smoke. You could hear every footstep above you and people talking until 2am. The breakfast was okay, not many options and the area is so small it easily gets congested when there’s more than 3-4 people down there. Will not be staying again strictly because of smoke smell and noise. I didn’t bother to complain since we got in at 1am and were too tired to get a refund and leave.

We had an upgrade room and it was very nice but there was no plug in the bathroom. A little hard to dry your hair. A nice kitchenette. A small table would have been nice. The breakfast was very good and the people were really nice. Especially the nice man who took care of the breakfast.

I am handicapped. Elevator out of order entire week. My reserved room was 2nd floor. Got a main floor room not handicapped , smaller bed. Ice maker not working on main floor ask for ice at desk man was too busy & I was only client in the lobby.. Back entry entry door next to my room was not secured ,lots of traffic in and out all night. Checked out 2 days early did not want to remain there. Rated 8.2 should be a 1-. Will not use use expedia again ratings not reliable. Very Dissatisfied.

Thus place us a dump! Dirty rooms, especially the bathrooms. Our room smelled like mold and a wet dog. I have limited mobility and the elevator did not work. Another guest shared it had been been out for days.

While they have updated the building and common areas, the room was very tired, not the cleanest and very motel style - sink outside bathroom and tiny TV. The front desk staff people were efficient but not pleasant or friendly. It was very convenient for the Cleveland Clinic Hillcrest medical building (30 minute walk) but I wouldn’t stay here again.
