Bad storm. Horrible freezing day. It was so late I arrived with my two young boys . The city was shut down. Instead of getting warm and clean finally they dismissed the three of us with a short and uncaring. Well thought you wasn't coming so I went a head and cancelled your room then stopped talking and went back to her phone I could even find no where to put money on a card for a another 32 dollar ride out of there kids are crying we are stranded with a paid for room that they had 3 hours to notify me I was struggling to travel to nothing they stole my money I paid out the but for travel during a shut down had my kids out in danger for nothing but them want to take my money for no services

Staff was nice, pool was perfect temperature and the hot tub was not too hot and had powerful jets! Our room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was much better than most!

The room had a big flying in it, no back cover to the TV remote, the entrance to the pool doors did not work we couldn't enter to the pool area, and we asked for one bed and we got two beds. The customer service was not that good either. It wasn't that great of an experience.
