We used the hotel as a layover after returning from a cruise so we only stayed one night. Not far from the cruise port, conveniently located to the surrounding restaurants and entertainment.

The staff were very friendly and it's a block away from the action on oceans Drive. However the toilet handle was broken and the tissue holder wouldn't hold the tissue. Sounds small but when it takes 3 minutes to get toilet to flush each time you use it if was annoying. One of the beds were in need of a new mattress it had a dip in it that was beyond repair and I left with a sore hip because of it. Not as noisey as Oceans Dr but it is connected to a restaurant that plays music until late night /early morning. Just an average hotel worth nice people working for them.

Really cool Art Deco Vibe! The staff was amazing! We really enjoyed the Swizzle Rum speakeasy across the street at the Viajero and eating taco’s & nacho’s at Azteca South Beach on the corner😋 I would say the weak points were: the bed was too hard, the rain shower was terrible and the restaurant attached was very slow service. If you have a chance, we highly recommend the art deco walking tour!! We also loved the Bettant Bakery & Cafe on Collins😋 It was a great one night stay close to Miami port for Cruise departure. Would stay again!

Great place to stay in South Beach. 7 mins walk to beach (none of the hotels in this area are 'on the beach') Lots of food options, expensive as well as inexpensive ones. Staff is super helpful and courteous. They provided free early check-in and late checkout (depends on availability). Valet parking with $40 per day in/out privileges was awesome, prompt. Parking very expensive in nearby garages, $60 for 5 hours. Rooms not too big, but that is justified by the location.

In the heart of South beach. A bit old but so as all the other hotels in that area. Staff were super nice. The manager gave us a bottle of champagne for my dad’s 100 birthday. Next door restaurants was beautiful with great food. A great location. All the fun places and restaurant were just a walk away
