Using the Hilton app, I was able to check-in online and skip the front desk on a very busy afternoon. My room was just as expected - very clean with expected amenities and a beautiful view of Lake Erie. Room service options were very limited but there were lots of options within walking distance or through a delivery service. Would stay here again.

Great Place to Stay!

We were in town for a Browns game, the hotel is in very easy walking distance to the stadium and downtown. The service was very good on a very busy sold out night. We had the breakfast buffet on Sunday, it was plentiful and delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Check-in time was guaranteed to be 4:00, we got in our room at 5:30. The commode wouldn't flush. The location was good for walking to Huntington Field and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Great hotel

Staff was amazing. Brought us a microwave so my soncoykd warm up food. Accommodated early checkin and valet was prompt. Great stay !

Really friendly staff and room was excellent got upgraded for being newly weds. Pool was very clean only downside was the rooftop bar is closed on sundays.

I recently stayed at this hotel with a group of 14 youth and reserved 8 rooms. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to make everything smooth for us. Throughout our stay, the hotel staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were well maintained. The youth really enjoyed the pool and weight room, and we all appreciated the beautiful scenery and stunning view of the city — truly unbeatable! The only downside was that the parking rate was a little too high and should be lowered $10-15, but aside from that, the experience was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel for its service, cleanliness, amenities, and welcoming staff.

This is the second time my son and I have stayed at the Hilton in downtown Cleveland. If you are visiting the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame or seeing a sporting event, it is the ideal place as you are in walking distance. As one would expect with a Hilton, the facilities, staff, and dining were all top notch. The one thing I did find odd... our room had no microwave. For $300+ a night, one would think rooms would have microwaves. There even appeared to be a space for one, but it was not there. I could not reheat food, which was inconvenient.

Cleveland Rocks

Great location and service. Lots going on while we stayed. Music, air show, car show, concert with awesome fireworks. Our view was perfect!
