great location!! 3 blocks from the rock and roll hall of fame and the science museum. the illusion museum was close too but in the other direction. Staff was friendly. the only problem was that the tub didn’t drain, but that was a easy fix. beautiful views from the bar on the 33nd floor. I would recommend.

It was way more expensive than it was nice. I expected it to be much nicer for the price it was. The bar at the top was very nice, great service and the food was good. The windows were all really dirty, they advertise the “views” and you pay more to have a “high” room for the view, however the view is obstructed by dirty windows. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean.

I chose this Hotel for it's excellent location. Both the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Progressive Field were a short walk away. Loved the view of Lake Erie and downtown from my 16th Floor window. The breakfast buffet and my omelet were absolutely delicious and the staff were friendly and attentive.

Very convenient location. Hotel was very clean and nice staff. The door for the safe was totally broken on the hinges which almost hit my feet! Room 2024, may wanna fix that!
