The staff was horrible! We arrived at 4:30am and waited in the lobby for 25+ minutes because the computers and serve was down which is FINE, we understand things happen. But no one in the lobby approached us or told us what was going on, when I finally waved down a worker who was sitting on her phone she told me "To be patient" and then walked away. Half an hour later finally the front desk lady told us what happened and had the biggest attitude. We will never be staying at a Holiday Inn, this was by far the worst experience we've had. Do not reccommend at all.

All in all terrific experience. Lots of patient family and friends relatives at the bar so misery loves company and a few glasses of wine and great IPA a welcome relief. Excellent shuttle to Cleveland Clinic.

Room was good. Parking is valet only and $25 more. Should be in the price to let people make informed decisions. Dumbest idea I’ve ever seen at IHG properties worldwide. If this was my only IHG option in Cleveland I’d cancel my account.
