Room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. It was also well lit, which important to me. Room cons: bathroom outlet did not work, room was missing iron, and safe did not work. Hotel seems understaffed, especially in the restaurant. Restaurant staff seemed more focused on non-customer tasks than serving guests. Had breakfast at the restaurant. They did provide a small pot of coffee right away but getting silverware and napkin for buffet was challenging. My husband took coffee pot to my visible waitress for refill and she said she would get more after folding napkins. More staff and more training seem needed. Otherwise staff was very pleasant and helpful.

The air conditioner didnt work - the room wasnt cool and it was hot outside... Several people were complaining aboit their rooms being hot too The floor by the air unit was wet It seemed it needed freon or a new part

Very much enjoyed our stay. The valet parking was a little expensive but it did make it nice not to have to worry about parking. I do have one complaint the toilet was very low and as an older adult it made it hard to use. The service at the restaurant was slow.

Mandatory Valet, but otherwise good

They’ll tack on $25 for valet and in my experience calling from the room to have it brought up doesn’t work - but if you go down to the valet they can get in in about 10 minutes. Otherwise a fairly nice stay, though slightly above average cost for the experience.

We had called the hotel to change from a king bed to 2 queen beds. It was changed from king to handicap king. We had to ask for a rollaway bed. Valet guy was very helpful.

Property was updated, very clean and staff was nice. Options for food and bar. Bed was comfy but pillows were small and flat. Although i didn't like the only option to park (valet) at $25 a night, would definitely stay again.
