I've stayed at this property for a number of years now. From the best of times to its steady decline. It's been a continuous decline. The other factor is the Expedia booking. Second class rooms are a standard at many brands when booking through Expedia. Loud room, next to elevator, cracks in the shower, tv remote doesn't control TV or all these factors in this most recent visit. I'm over the second class garbage being subject to when booking through Expedia.

The room was very clean and well stocked. Check in and out was easy. The pool was clean, but colder than what were used to for an indoor pool. The breakfast was okay, didnt stay stocked well.

The staff was great. The location was convenient. The parking was generous. I was disappointed that there was not a bathtub. I drove 5 straight hours in the rain and would have preferred to have a relaxing bath. There was not any lotion or hair conditioner in the room. I wasn't there to cook but the fridge had smudges of something on one of the shelves and on the exterior of the door.

We’re glad we stayed here for Christmas but a little disappointed…. Upon check in there was a note there is no housekeeping during our 3 day stay for Christmas. Weird smell in the hallway, no one really working the reception desk, it seemed like a deserted island. Our room was okay, it seemed like a recently updated property with some hiccups - bathroom door didn’t close all the way, ran out of tp, no house keeping, very low water pressure in shower.
