Have stayed here lots of times, the shower head was not producing a lot of water. Our key cards stopped working after one day. The hallways smell stale.

I guess you get what you pay for. Room wasn’t very clean. House keeping don’t clean properly unless you request. You also have to request them to fix the bed and vacuum daily or else they only replace towels.

It was a close walk to Downtown Disney, Disneyland Hotel and Disneyland. Breakfast can be included for an additional price which is convenient. Beware of the onsite parking fee which is approx $30 per day. Staff at breakfast were very friendly and helpful. The property is a bit dated and could use some upgrades. Overall this is a nice location, great price and I would recommend to my travel clients.

Our cards got demagnetized every night! Coming back to the Hotel after a long day with 2 kids and having to struggle every night to get in our room was a hassle! And before you ask, NO, the card was no where near any phone or electronic.

The arrival desk was fine but the key card did not work. This was a problem every day. And the restaurant was closed at lunch and 10pm. Carpet is old. Beds were fine. It is Not 1 block away from the entrance. Don’t take the Anaheim bus. Way too long.

On the second night of my stay all four of my families key cards got deactivated and I wasn’t able to get onto the property. Luckily someone was walking out so I was able to at least get inside. Once we got to our room at about 1:30am with 3 cranky sleeping kids. We couldn’t even come into the room. I had to run over to the front desk to get new keys made. This is completely ridiculous. When I asked about why this had accord it’s almost as if they didn’t really care.
