Average hotel, did appreciate the add on option for breakfast. It is .8 miles to downtown Disney entrance and then walk through to the parks. Easy walk but not one block as it states.

Overall nice property. Grounds and room was clean. Walking distance to Disney, a little far of a walk for young children but doable. Nice to be able to return to the hotel mid day to rest. Overall pretty good hotel.

No heat or AC or

The heater and AC did not work. The first night we did not need it so we were unaware. The second night it got really warm in the room and needed the AC I told the front desk and they comped the parking but felt they still expected us to change rooms in the middle of the night.

I would stay here again

Staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were standard, decent. A bit outdated and the beds definitely need to be upgraded. Our mattress would dip in the middle. Over average hotel, I was expecting more since it is a pretty popular hotel, the holiday inn, and it’s very short distance from Disneyland, but overall I would stay here again.
