We love this location, conveniently located in the heart of downtown Cleveland. Many dining options, and entertainment. The hotel beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. We always choose this location.

The staff showed little enthusiasm and addressed questions in a defensive manner. They distanced the hotel from the third-party booking platform (e.g., Expedia). For instance, one staff member repeatedly stated, "I am not clear... you need to check with Expedia, the third party that booked your room," rather than offering assistance or attempting to clarify the issue. While the building has historical significance, the property appears dated and lacks appeal. With limited services and amenities, it is somewhat ironic that it is marketed as a "full-service" hotel.

This hotel provided a disappointing experience with minimal hospitality. Even basic amenities like a bottle of water were not offered, and the staff's attitude was noticeably harsh. Such service falls short of expectations for guest comfort and satisfaction.
