I had to upgrade my room twice, maybe more information at first time could avoid hassle. One of my TV’s was not working properly. After upgrading rooms you think The free internet would be little better, but was very slow. The shower didn’t have much water pressure. The upgraded room was very noisy, because it was next to elevators.

I missed my flight, i couldnt not get ahold of anyone to rearrange my hotel accommodation in a timely fashion. The app kept loosing connection in the online cht and i couldnt get anyone on the phone becuae my itinerary # was not being recognized. Several hours later I was able to reach someone however Im waiting to hear back to see if my night stay that was lost was able to be recouped. Fingers crossed but right now, im not satisfied with the app and how long it takes to get assistance.

The hotel room was nice overall, however the free Wi-Fi did not work properly during my stay. I hope the hotel can improve this, as reliable internet is important for guests.

The air didn't work, the fan didn't work by the second day the tv didn't work. I did request a smoking room but not a filthy room the fan had dust all over it thec windows was full of finger prints everything had a thin layer of scum on it. They wouldn't move us and I'm still trying to get the smell of smoke out of my things.
