Parking garage was convenient. Easy to get to the rooms and casino. Loved the security that you had to be a room guest to get to the rooms and only had access to your floor. The cleaning staff was great, but with two people in the room we only had one washrag for some of our days, one day we didn't have any and our last day was given two. Overall, would stay again.

Room is terrible, bathroom sink was stopped up TWICE, maintenance came to fix it and it got stopped up again. Got ready to go to bed and pulled back the covers and there was hair all in the bed. Called front desk they told me someone was on the way to bring new sheets and covers and no one came. I had to go down to front desk the next day and get a room change just for that sink to be stopped up as well.

I loved the stratosphere and experience it had to offer. However, most of the staff in the hotel were rude and need to be trained better on customer service. The exceptions being our servers/food staff and dealers. Majority of the hotel staff on the floor could use training on how to provide better service to the guests.

Room allocation.

First wrong room number was given. It was corrected after i tried and returned back to the check in. Next, the room was not cleaned after the previous occupant vacated. It was done after i complained.

First time in Vegas. We arrived the day before our scheduled event and check in was smooth. Our room wasn't ready until regular check in time,so we spent a few hours waiting in the check in area. There was no actual lounge area and the casino smelled a bit musty. Our room was not as nice as the pictures I saw online but relatively clean. The shower didn't drain well which was not so great. Staff was friendly and the pool was nice. Last night there the elevator doors started to close on me and bruised me up pretty good. If we ever go back to Vegas I don't think we would stay here again.
