The reason I went to the Stratosphere is because they said they had a swimming pool and it was 107° down there and the swimming pool was not available when I arrived. The swimming pool was not available for the whole duration of my stay

I'm surprised they didn't charge me for the times I flushed the toilet. Parking is $20 a DAY. WIFI is $20 a day. If you have a problem with this dont bother to talk to management. Its a "3rd party" and they take no responsibility. The room was sub-par with very worn out ...well everything. I will not go back
