I really appreciated that the room had a mini fridge. Housekeeping made sure I had plenty of toiletries and towels. The elevators felt a little old and squeaky. But I liked the fact you can only get to the guest floors with a room key. The LA comedy club was enjoyable and entertaining. The area around the outside of the hotel seemed a little less safe than other areas I've stayed. But transportation was plentiful and that helped

Upon checking in I used express check in which after going through the steps. I had to then speak to hotel staff as this process does not work when booking through Expedia. The agent advised that they are required to confirm I knew what room type booked as Expedia does not show the correct pictures on their site. Very disappointed I was up sold as the property and third party are out of parity. It seems like a scam. One question I have is why so many police and security staff being fully armed at this hotel …

We ok for our 1 st experience. Only thing is we paid for an upgrade an our room wasn’t an upgrade. Hot water didn’t for for several hours. Carpet was holy. Lamp wasn’t working on the desk. But over all the room service was awesome.

The room smelled like vomit. The bathroom door wouldn’t close. And I hated the resort fee. Sneaky business practice. Zero benefits for the resort fee. I even had to pay for parking. I’ll never stay with you again.

What anybody tells you this was ann amazing hotel? Had an amazing 5 star time. The night time manager helped us upgrade our room. He made an almost bad time better and the location was amazing. I would rate this hotel a five star because it’s also in the middle, which is perfect location in between Fremont Street and the Vegas strip. We also had an amazing dinner at the top of the world which I highly suggest also FYI, if you if you wanted to save money, there is a gift shop across the street where you can buy cheap items such as snacks, alcohol and gifts and the Vegas sign is right by there

The second time we’ve stayed here and although our room wasn’t ready it’s always a great stay! The surrounding food options are plenty and in walking distance. Staff is always very friendly and the new upgrades were beautiful. We will be back!

Great property with Atomic golf, casino, dining and clean. The distance to the main strip is a little far and the area outside the resort is a little sketchy. Would definitely stay again.
