I made reservations and paid extra for an upgraded/remodeled non smoking room. Upon arrival, the room was not only old and grungy, definitely not remodeled. But the sheets were so old they had rips in them. The end tables had large chunks missing, the air conditioning unit door was missing causing the ac to blow directly into my face while attempting to sleep. The room came with a coffee maker but they don’t supply the water! “Exact words from the front desk! No paper or pen for notes. The bathroom sink drain smelled of sewage and the toilet clogged. I have never been so disappointed. Only gave a poor because the employees were very sorry with the look of its the management! I had to leave my identification to use a luggage cart! And then couldn’t check in without my id! No bell hop to help. Two years ago I stayed here and had a beautiful time. What happened

they made it seem like early check-in would avoid standing in a long line and it didn’t. I ended up having to stand in a different line which people skipped over me and acted like I wasn’t there. There was no breakfast offered. There was nothing nearby they made it appealing. I upgraded to a suite which looked old and dirty didn’t even wanna sit on the couch. wasn’t sure what happened on there, but there was a lot of little white spots just won’t ever upgrade to a nicer room because it was definitely not nicer. I feel like it was a downgrade. The whole fee was a lot more than the $$75 stated on my statement. Not much food options either they have a whole upstairs for McDonald’s and fat Tuesdays? What a waste.

The staff were amazing and attentive. Yet the rooms need to be updated. Had plumbing issues every morning our sink was full of stink water. In which it made the room smell like sewer. Seems to happen when the other rooms are being cleaned.
