There was a lot of ants in this property, and it took contacting VRBO before I finally get to communicate to the property manager to get the information on how to enter the property after emailing them through VRBO system without any replies.

Great location but no WI-FI

House was clean and as advertised. We were a little wigged out upon arrival as most blinds were missing slats leaving the inside visible. When we could not call up the Wi-Fi (which apparently did not exist) I reached out to the property manager via phone and text and did not receive a reply. That was disappointing, and highly unusual from a VRBO host. Once we covered all the open windows, we did enjoy our stay..

Perfect

Great place for a quick stop near Cleveland! Nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants and stores nearby. So close to the city. No traffic was a highlight!! We stayed on the 1st floor and it was clean and comfy. Safe for our dogs and easy to manage for our senior pup. Recommend highly!

Awesome place

This place was absolutely amazing. I didn’t make it to the house until 1am and the code didn’t seem to work. I sent a message and within three minutes they called and I was in. It was clean and cozy I honestly can not think of one thing I did not like. The back porch was like a vineyard. I cannot say enough about how responsive and friendly Cleveland House Hotels has been. They could not have made this any easier. I would recommend them to anybody. Thanks for being amazing.
