Staff were very helpful. Hotel rooms are in need of a renovation, particularly the bathroom with a tiny shower cubicle. The mini kitchen was good although appliances needed a clean on the exterior. Washing machine and dryer in tge room was much appreciated.

Good location and pool/spa area is great. Staff were very helpful. Room itself tv is old and dated and one in room didn’t work at all. Aircon also barely worked and did not cool room down very well. I’m pretty sure they are renovating soon so hopefully these things will improve

The room was one of the renovated rooms and was clean and enough room for 2 people. Hotel is in great location for downtiwn and Viaduct Basin - plenty of shops and place to eat. Staff we dealt with were lovely and helpful. Gym and pool were good. My only thing I needed was a full length mirror in room so could check out attire as we were going to wedding. Otherwise stay was good, no complaints.

Front desk guy didn’t have a clue. Room, especially bathroom, very unclean. Lots of mould. Run down. Definitely not worth the price we paid. Wish we had stayed elsewhere. As of yet we have not received refund of bond due to their technical failures.

I was unsure what to expect after reading mixed reviews. Sure the room decor was a bit "tired" but I understand that renovations are being carried out. It was acceptably clean but not spotless. However 10/10 in all the important things. It had the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on, plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Viaduct, supermarkets and great range of eateries all within a few minutes walk. Same goes for buses. Every staff member I met was friendly, courteous and obliging. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
