New on outside old and overly used inside

I felt like its way over raided the couch in my room had stains and was old like if it was a roomates couch its just not ok lol i didnt wanna sit on it and the shower was dingy russty from water stains room amelled wierd And bed was hard no body at the bar and just more lile a 3 star hotel motel

This property has great amenities! We were super pleased with the cleanliness and spacious rooms. The only 2 complaints we had were the beds are slightly uncomfortable and the staff seemed a bit unorganized. I was awoken to a staff member knocking on our door asking our names and the method of which we checked in. Prior to that, we had guests who were trying to gain access to our room. Apparently we were issued a room that they didn’t mark as occupied, so later that night they issued it again. There were no apologizes and we were left awoken on a night where we needed to wake up early the next day. Besides that, we enjoyed the hotel.

The worst night in a hotel…it is 3:30 am and I have not been able to sleep. The Ac noice is so loud! I turned off the one from our room but the neighbors ac still on and we can hear it …my wife is so upset that I decided to come to the lobby

Great stay for one night. Lobby bar and bartender were great and hotel was very clean. Room was quiet and staff was great.

It was one of the worst stays I have ever had in a hotel. I was placed in a room right next to the elevator. Every time the elevator went up it made a loud buzzing noise that woke me up. This happened roughly a dozen times. Needless to say I didn’t sleep well at all.
