There was construction across the street which started very early and disturbed sleep. There is limited parking and the hotel charges $49 a night for valet which is the only option at the hotel itself. Most of the staff is kind and helpful. Usually quick to respond to room needs/requests. Be sure to ask for the updated rooms, because some are NOT updated, but cost the same amount. I liked That beach equipment was part of the resort cost, but didn’t like that I wasn’t made aware of that until close to the end of our stay. I liked That fresh water was available in the lobby, as well as Kona coffee each morning. I liked that an ABC store was onsite.

We loved staying here the staff is so friendly and kind they respond so quickly and efficiently they truly are one of a kind In the hotel industry! John and Vincent are amazing with drinks and such nice people !! in the front desk was Kansas and Jay are the beak and very accommodating specially with my kids !!

The worst experience I have ever had… the people above us would screen, run around, have their music hecka loud until 3am or 4am… we couldn’t fall asleep till 4am and had an important event in the morning. So the day was ruined even tho we texted so many times the from desk to stop them, but I guess nobody was carry. I think if someone’s complaining more than 3 times, things gotta be fixed but nobody stopped them… at 3am we were gonna move out to a different hotel to get at least some sleep but they finally stopped their party. Paying almost $300 for a night and not being able to sleep is sad…

Would not recommend. Resort fee charged but this is NOT a resort at all. They have a pool, a lounge area, gym and eating place. That’s not a resort, that’s a normal hotel. So if you want to pay resort fees for a hotel, book here! I had to switch rooms late at night because of the AC. My key cards stopped working randomly. Poor views of anything. The walls are thin. Not worth it at all.

This hotel is a hidden gem! Very walkable, many restaurants near by with amazing food and beach is like a 5-10 minute walk. Staff were really wonderful. Will definitely be staying here again!!

I stay here often. The staff is super nice , the place is located in very convenient walkable location. This hotel is one of the main pick up points for tours. Constructive comment- would be the availability of dine in food. There aren't many restaurants close by and food service from the bar or room is outsoursed seems like so it ends early or is not timely.

When I booked a vacation package on Expedia, I booked this hotel because it marked and indicated free parking, when we arrived and checked in, I was told that there was no free parking and I would have to pay $45 for each day of parking. The parking service from the staff is impeccable, but the fact that when booking I was counting on free parking, and upon arrival I had to pay an additional $315 upset me. After I was told that parking was paid on the Expedia website, the hotel changed the mark for free parking and indicated that it was paid.
