I was very displeased I have bad knees and medical problems and the elevator was not working getting luggage and going out for the day and even go get breakfast was a problem . I left me medicine by mistake in the car and prefer to not take it for the day I told them in the front when I was checking in and said the elevator is close enough but for me it wasn’t I would have to cross into the other hotel or go down the stairs I was there for 3 nights and 4 days also there was kids running down the hall until almost 11 yelling and screaming. The breakfast and the team was 15 out 10. Very nice they would answered question helpful and just ready to Make fresh batches when asked . To all clients Housekeeping also very well traded for towel and if I need something they would be on stand by I stayed in room 270 hopefully you can do improvement with checking in and the people in the front

The staff during check in was lacking social skills. She was more concerned about what was on her phone, and basically she seemed bothered everytime we asked her something. We didnt exactly feel welcome upon arrival. The actual stay was great, holiday Inn always provides clean rooms and fantastic breakfasts.

The beds were uncomfortable. The room temperature was inconsistent. And out neighbor room (adult and children) were so loud it sounded like they were in our room at night. Terrible sleep. Pool is fun, but overcrowded.

I have been here numerous times. Our room this time was very warm, to the point of being humid. There was no fan in the bathroom which was very disappointing. We did have to turn on the AC but it would cycle on and off and would not keep the room very cool. All that would not have made us leave a 2 star review if it wasn't for the staff. We were very disappointed with the staff this time around. At check in the woman who "helped" us out was very rude, just not a good attitude whatsoever. But quick to smile and laugh with her coworker and the minute we walked in she was nothing but ill mannered. At the pool when the time came for it to be closed we did not get a warning or anything to let us know it was time to leave. All they did was shut off the lights completely. I understand the pool has set hours AND same goes with breakfast. As soon as 10 a.m. hit they close the doors to the food area, again with no prior notice or anything. Like I said I understand there are set times for things but I also understand courtesy, like last call??. I will definitely think twice about coming here again...
