Our first room the heater was covered in dip and dots and we had to move rooms because when we turned the heater on it smoked and smelled terrible. Then someone pooped in the pool not once but twice!!! We booked this hotel for the pool and my kids didn’t even get a full hour before we were kicked out for an hour, it opened back up and then we were kicked out again 37 minutes later. By the time it was cleaned again it would be bed time. My kids were so disappointed that they couldn’t enjoy the pool Longer. I tried to get a refund and was told no. Super frustrated and won’t stay here again.

We always enjoy staying here ... it's clean, friendly staff, good Breakfast options and ofc my kids love the pool the only things we struggle with is the parking and the slide hours. We hope to be back soon.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The front office staff was kind and we were able to check in slightly early. The hotel was directly across from the Maverick Center, where we enjoyed a fabulous performance of Pentatonix. After the concert we didn't have to call an Uber, we just walked the 3 minutes back to our hotel.

Staff did a great job taking care of us. They got us in a day early. The room assigned had a problem, and they reassigned us to a room that provided a great base for the weeks activities. Kitchen staff made breakfast enjoyable and delicious. Our room was very clean and well kept during our stay.
