I have traveled to more than 15 countries. This is the first time I have seen a hotel where guests are not provided with water. When I told the reception that I needed water at midnight, they told me that I had to wait until the morning and go and buy it, or go and buy it right now from outside, or buy it from the machines. I have never seen such a big hotel withholding a bottle of water from its guests. Water is life! I will never stay at this hotel again. I also wanted to take a shower. However, hot water is limited and after a while there is only cold water. The worst hotel I've ever stayed in!

We were in one of the farthest buildings from the center , there was shuttle service but most of the time you could walk faster than waiting on one . There was a water park for extra fee but half was shut down and the other half that was open , my daughter was a tiny bit to talk for . We asked if you could use the lazy river and was told no . On Tuesday the main pool bar ran out of draft beer. We purchased refillable beer cups and couldn’t even use them there. When we asked on Thursday when they would be filled we weren’t given an answer , just the suggestion to walk into the restaurant or go to another pool bar! Absolutely ridiculous! The jacuzzi bathtub in the room - jets didn’t work . The door fir connecting room didn’t have to rubber stopper on it so it was difficult to keep the door open .it was advertised that there was free shuttle to area attractions, only to find out it is only to Orlando Studio and you had to pre schedule it . The was definitely a disappointment experience!

Everyone was friendly, and the place was clean and well kept. Nice options for the kids like complimentary mini golf and paddle boats. We had a nice screened in porch and little kitchenette that made it easy to keep some food around for breakfast. Starbucks on site, which was nice as well as we waited for the shuttles on our way to the parks. I do wish there were more time options for the shuttles. The park clears at 9 but the last shuttle was at 8 so we usually opted for Uber. We would stay here again.

I was surprised by a $145 amenity charge that was presented to me as a resort fee that I HAD to pay. I still don't know if this was required to pay or not. As we get into our room after the 10 minute search for parking, because there weren't any spaces available any where close to our building, you can see they do a terrible job cleaning. Waking up the next day we realized we slept on blood stained sheets that was not our blood. I went to use the room safe before heading to the on-site water park and the safe was filled with moldy pizza. YUM! Arriving to the water park was another disappointment of false advertisement finding out our amenity fee did not include for the "water park". On another day returning back to our room we found a lovely huge cockroach crawling across the floor. Returning to our room late another night with two kids passing out from a long day of having fun somewhere other then this cash grab of a "resort" we find our bathroom was flooded from the toilet. When were finally able to even find the front desk number, because thats no where in sight, the woman that answered was completely apologetic and offered for us to move to a different room. While on hold we woke up the kids and packed everything up. The unprofessional manager got on the phone and told us we weren't moving and his solution was to have someone come soak up the toilet water and leave. Washer spin cycle was broken so we had to hose the soap out of our clothes. Avoid this place.

We stayed in a two bedroom condo it was very spacious and the kitchen was pretty well stocked for plates, cups etc. the property is quite large but they do have shuttle carts going by every few minutes. My only complaint is there is only one option for food on the property - the food at it was great, but it would be nice to have other options.

We stayed here for a family vacation. We did have two German cockroaches in our room which were gross. It was a bummer the water slides and wave pool were closed and that’s one of the main reasons I selected this resort. The staff here were amazing and everyone went out of their way to make our trip wonderful!

Parking was not easy at night and we ran into a staff member on the last night that told us we could park in the ramp and be shuttle to our room. Nice just wish we knew that sooner. Also wish that check out wasn’t so early. 11 am or noon seems reasonable. Other than that it was great place to stay. Enjoyed the time we did not want to leave the area and our room. Thank you to the stay for always being helpful
