We stayed in a two BR condo. It was spacious and clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the multiple pools and especially the hot tubs (one at each pool) since it was cool during our trip. Room service from Drafts was great, and the on-site convenience store most helpful. Our family’s concern was the excessive noise on four out of five nights of our stay. We recognize that people have fun on vacation, but the noise from parties, hooting and hollering, and overwhelming cigarette smoke interfered with our ability to use our balcony and otherwise enjoy our vacation. There are joyous get-togethers, and then there are full-on unreasonably loud out of control parties. The front desk and staff appeared unconcerned and unhelpful until “quiet hours” starting at 11 pm. The property needs to figure out to whom the are catering.

A mistake i didn't know i needed!

When I first booked this, I thought I was booking a hotel room. I was pleasantly surprised! I absolutely loved this place! I didn't get to enjoy all the amenities but it was gorgeous. The room i stayed in was clean and comfortable. The bed was perfect and hard to want to get out of in the mornings. I just wanted to stay in my cloud of comfort. All the staff there are friendly and welcoming. They were always eager to help if i needed anything at all. I will definitely be coming here again!

Staff were amazing. I needed new batteries for the television remote, I texted the front desk and they were delivered to my room within 5 minutes. All the staff members we encountered were incredibly friendly and very helpful. I look forward to staying here again as the location to all the parks were 15 minutes or less.

The location was about 15 to 20 minutes or less that from the location from all the attractions that we visited (parks, shopping, dining). The villa suite was better than expected and very spacious.

Electrical outlets were loose so nothing stayed plugged in and kept falling out. Lights had burned out bulbs and didn’t work. Strong odor of bleach when I walked in that caused a headache. Bed was a rock and I had back and neck pain everyday from it. HIDDEN RESORT FEES that were NOT disclosed in the price on hotels.com. This fact was hidden in very tiny print at the bottom of confirmation email. I was told I would owe like $200 at check in and it ended up being over $300 due to resort fees.

Staff is really nice. Bed was stiff as plywood. Multiple pools not in use but they don't mention it or that half the place is under construction. Room looked like a landlord special. We could only get hot water in the bathtub - the shower/sinks could run for 20 minutes without warming. Parts of the tub kept popping off. Pools were dirty/people were piling their young children in the jacuzzi's. Room heat didn't work when temps dropped into the 40's. Silverware provided had crusted food on it with no dishwasher in the studio. Salmon at the restaurant gave me food poisoning.

Its a great property for nature view lovers. They have big properties spanned across miles. Every section has its own pool and spa. Jetted tubs are a very relaxing experience. Must go for mid budget travellers.

I stayed at this hotel for almost a week and had no hot water and no hot air. I called every day and kindly mentioned I did not have a working heater and no hot water. On the first day they "fixed it" or so the note said, however, nothing was actually done about it with the exception of the heater for about 3 hours. Never even offered me a different room to switch to. I called asking for a manager on Friday and was supposed to be called by Friday but never received a callback, I called Saturday and no call back again. Called Sunday and finally spoke to a manager. On Monday he called back saying they could only refund 2 nights. Later his manager offered 3 nights back. Unfortunately, as I told them, not being able to stay warm in my hotel room, was a cool 62 on average during the day and colder at night, nor being able to shower to maintain proper hygiene is due a full refund. I have put a dispute in with my bank and will not stay here again.
