Room smelled bad, water slide didn't open until 1pm when the pool opens at 8. Pizza oven was broken. No coffee unless you go to cafe which isn't open until 8. TVs in the room only had local channels and. I Netflix , Hulu etc.

The hotel and room was great except for the only restaurant on site. They force you to tip with a mandatory gratuity added to all bills. Had to wait along with other customers for over 15 minutes to get service. And the stars could work on customer service.

We were there for a week, no housekeeping service, no coffee available, even though we phoned and requested coffee. There is a fee for coffee. Room was dark, dingy and smelly.

Everything was amazing from the moment we walked in! Angelina at the front desk was an awesome host and welcomed us right away. She was super thorough and very knowledgeable about the whole resort plus cruise terminal. Perfect spot to stay pre cruise and perfect spot to stay and watch rocket launches. Property has a nice pool and an awesome restaurant. Probably the best burgers we’ve ever had, but a little pricey overall. I don’t think there are many other choices close by for restaurants, however, so it was very convenient to have a restaurant at the hotel. Plenty of amenities from an arcade to mini golf on site, also. Will definitely be back to stay again pre cruise!
