Every thing was pretty good. There was an issue with the sink drainage that I mentioned to the staff. There was very little food at breakfast, however, the staff were pleasant and helpful. A barking dog late at night was bothersome, but that's what dogs do, they bark. :) We love staying at the Baymont and have done so for several occasions. Will always be back.

It’s really disappointing to enter a room after a long road trip and find the room so filthy. Room 303 needs a serious deep cleaning as well as instruction to the cleaning staff about leaving hair in the bathroom areas…all over. It’s just gross. The floor was full of dirt left from a long time of not cleaning…move the furniture and clean under it too.

The room was not clean. The toilet was dirty. The carpet had not been thoroughly vacuumed, just the center path. The coffee maker was missing pieces. The grab bar in the tub was missing, yet there was hardware for one. The towel rack was not fully fastened to the wall. One of the bedside lamps had no switch. Outside there were cigarette butts near the entrances. The breakfast room was clean, but the food was less than desirable.

Not the same.

When we first star stay at this property, it was so nice . I really liked staying. We have a small dog and and it was easy access to get our dog out for bathroom time. Now it feels so different. I love the location but, i might have to stay somewhere else.
