The room was not clean. The toilet was dirty. The carpet had not been thoroughly vacuumed, just the center path. The coffee maker was missing pieces. The grab bar in the tub was missing, yet there was hardware for one. The towel rack was not fully fastened to the wall. One of the bedside lamps had no switch. Outside there were cigarette butts near the entrances. The breakfast room was clean, but the food was less than desirable.

When we first star stay at this property, it was so nice . I really liked staying. We have a small dog and and it was easy access to get our dog out for bathroom time. Now it feels so different. I love the location but, i might have to stay somewhere else.

The room and facility was average, but dated. Room was spacious and dogs enjoyed the space. There was leftover trash in the room from the previous guests, but they came and cleaned it up right away after informing them. There was a mediocre selection for breakfast. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating for people traveling with animals.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Sadly, the room was not very clean. All the flat surfaces had dust on them, there were snack wrappers on the floor, the tub had soap scum and debris in it, and the full length mirror looked like someone had leaned against is after putting on lotion. Overall, it was not a clean room.

The TV didn’t work. It was old and worn. There was plywood screwed to the base of the soaking tube.The cleanliness was questionable I did not take a deep look the sheets were clean and we just needed to get some sleep on our long trip.

Everything was great, the clerk at the front desk was phenomenal and very courteous. The room are clean however a bit run down. The bathroom door did not close all the way and there are no charging stations for phones, etc. so you have to look for outlets. We have stayed at this property before and love the easy off/on to the interstate. The price was affordable for the off season. Overall it’s a great property just needs some updating.

I saw 2 people I think they were hotel employees swimming in their underwear. The pool is right next to the front desk and employees or not this shouldn’t be allowed
