I reserved a room here on Expedia. Made sure it was refundable due to possible snow or wrong hotel. Was asked to reserve adjoining room for grandkids, did that thru the hotel. The confirmation that I received for the second room said it was non-refundable and that I had "agreed" to that. I DID NO SUCH THING. We were supposed to be at a different hotel, so I called to make it refundable, for which I assumed there would be like a $50 charge. Instead I was told "That's impossible". One of our rooms was not even ready when they said it would be, and we all had to get ready in the one room and hustle up to the correct hotel. AND THE ROOMS WERE NOT EVEN ADJOINING, THEY WERE 7 DOORS DOWN THE HALL. Very unhappy with this experience. Won't stay there again.
