This has got to be the worst experience I've ever had. There were stains on all the bedding, the room was dirty, the door did not close or lock, it smelled of cigarettes despite it being a non smoking room. I knows its a motel 6 and didn't expect much but this was so bad we ended up leaving and not staying as we did not feel safe. Motel6 did try to refund us but because the reservation was done through hotels.com they couldn't. The fact that a refund cannot be requested in these types of situations is insane. Will not be using this app to book again, not worth it.

They gave me the wrong room. I was happy they gave me a ground floor but it was very dirty... sheets were clean. I felt like the lady I was checking in with did it purposely.. she seemed unfriendly night desk.. but the morning staff was great and resolved my issues
