Start was amazing. I have 2 girls under 2 years old and they were in a fit when we got there and we were 4 hours early for check in. But our room was ready and seeing the stress we were under they let us in early without hesitation. Amazing customer service.

Housekeeping of the room was not the best. There were stain and hair on the bottle of hand wash and hairs on the wall of the shower left from previous guest. It was clear the cleaning was not done with care. Floor looked also slightly dirty but it was mainly the bathroom that I find unacceptable. I wished I had taken a picture of it but I just decided to wipe it down myself The breakfast crew was also not the most welcoming. They hurried guest when it is time to close down in a way that just not needed. In my particular experience, lots of flight was severely delayed coming in, many guests like me was tired the next day. To be rushed felt unnecessarily rude when we are just trying to wake up Also they don’t replenish anything when it runs out. I am referring more than food. By 9am there was fork left for non disposable utensil. But the disposable cant barely cut a banana. There was no bagels left and when one ask them they say it is closing soon! I gave this a try to stay within Hilton system as I often stay at Hilton’s network. I found that the price was not at all comparable to others in the area that does offer more service and amenities like airport shuttle and free breakfast. Especially when it was very subpar. But for one or two day stay, it was tolerable. But I wouldn’t come back using Tru
