The breakfast was excellent, a lot of different choices. The downside to my stay was the parking fee. I had a rental car for my stay and the only parking option available was Valet for $50 per night. That is too expensive to park especially with the hotel reservations. Embassy has a great reputation and should accommodate its guests better at the downtown location.

Very interesting to be asked for this review: What didn't go well was the fact that, after realizing how poorly the process was designed (making it difficult to see for which dates I was reserving a room) I was left with a room on a date in a town I would be no where near. Usually not a big deal except that, after seeing there was an issue, I was told it was not refundable, not changeable, or transferable. So: was my check-in experience positive? No, it was not.

We booked this hotel because we were going to an event at the dome and it said that they had valet parking overnight for $49 which is why we booked it they could park our car and we wouldn’t have to walk but just down the street but when we arrived we were told we would have to find our own parking cause they use a garage and the garage told them they couldn’t park anymore and when we asked if the snacks in the room were paid for when we booked the room the gentle man at the front desk laughed at us and rolled his eyes saying they were complentary to the room like we should have known this will not stay there again had to park ina garage three blocks down and was cheaper to park
