We had such a great stay! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. The location is unbeatable—right next to the water with beautiful views all around. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. You can really tell they take pride in keeping the place clean and well-maintained. Definitely one of the best spots we’ve stayed at—highly recommend!

A very lovely quiet, clean charming place. and it was a very comfortable bed. Everything smelled nice. Would definitely stay again. It was also set up in a way that you could just wing it yourself. Plenty of extras if you need in the hall.

We absolutely loved the house. It is very modern and comfortable. If you like lighting the house has plenty of high hats with bright bulbs. The house is very clean and well supplied. Communication with Moe is on point. He was available to and answered each time I had a question or comment. This house is in a prime location on the main strip. There is plenty of on site parking in the back yard. This was my first time visiting Colonial Beach and I will return with my family, I hope this home is available for when I return. If you get the chance to visit Colonial Beach this home is a great place to lay your head. Thank you Moe for a wonderful weekend getaway home.

It was a mini high school reunion with friends we’ve know for over 50 years. Everything was wonderful and we loved your house. You had all the gadgets we needed to make our stay pleasurable. The beds were super comfortable and the decor was adorable. The only thing that we missed were phone chargers. Done of us forgot themAnd we were surprised your electrical outlets did not have them.
