Compare Cheap Hotels in Alexandria

They shut the water off our first night , then said they turned it back on but it was brown. There were kids all over the hotel we had to call twice and complain about the constant noise both nights we were there. It was a miserable stay for us. I’d love to get my money back.

Isaiah at the front desk was the best. Really went above and beyond to create a great experience for me and my group.

When we arrived there was a lot of activity in the hotel, they had 2 functions running and you couldn't hear what the Front Desk Agent had to say, whilst she wonderful and did her best I felt we didn't get the experience we could have had. The room was clean and well kept but our room was next to the elevators - so when the event finished late at night we heard all of the continued celebrations of the people also located on our floor. They appeared to have a very good time. I would have to say though, the whole experience may have been very different if we had picked a weekend where the hotel was not as busy. We didn't stay for breakfast, there was no room at the restaurant - again due to the pure number of guests.

Clean room, comfortable bed. No coffee in room.

Nice clean room with good space. Lobby under renovations, but will be wonderful when done. Enjoyed evening reception and breakfast.
