This was canceled as it was in the wrong state. I called the hotel and they canceled it for me. Why is Expedia still charging my account although it’s pending I’ve tried reaching out to Expedia several times several ways nobody answers. Please call me back or email me. I'm going to keep this short. He stay itself was not bad at all. I am not a fan of beeing subjected to weed smoke in my room because I dont smoke. The smell was all in the hallway and coming through the vents.

It is a crime scene and the front desk personally lied to me. The maintenance or janitorial staff person is a Person of Interest for the STOLEN food and possibly other Items from my Room. No police incident report with Colonial Heights, VA Police have been filed yet. I shall file that report ASAP.

My family stopped in for a quick stay on the way to Florida They did not have sheets for the pull out but the kids doubled up in the queen bed while my wife took the double

Our stay with you was exceptional! When we first walked in I noticed the breakfast area tables and chairs were shiny and clean…looked new. While checking in, i sat down in lobby and a staff member was vacuuming the already clean area and was friendly & courteous. The desk clerks Daisy & Christy were so friendly & helpful just a pleasure! The refrigerator in our room had a little water in front. We called desk to report & within minutes a male staff member came to the room to check. We had brand new refrigerator plugged in and ready to use within 20 minutes and the staff member (sorry didn’t get his name) was courteous, professional and friendly. This is our 3rd time staying here & will be our choice each time we come to Virginia. Our son, grandson & some of best friends are there. Thank you Comfort Suites Southpark for the exceptional service!! Loved the sweet hard working lady in the breakfast area too!

We stayed here to break up our drive home of 20 hours. The room beside ours has an adjoining door and we could hear the people talking clearly for a couple hours. The breakfast woman came out of the back and told my almost 11 year old son he was able to touch the breakfast himself! Then I asked for a printed receipt from the front desk (as I do every single time I stay in a hotel) and they refused to give me one of even show me the hotel copy!! Super sketchy. Then I noticed multiple charges on my card. Never again.
