Stayed in a suite with a private bathroom. The door lock was partially broken, it will lock if set to auto lock mode, but in the middle of the night it just opened randomly. It is hard to close properly.

Friendly, undercover parking, elevator to rooms, smoking area provided with nice views. Disliked- only had 2 TV stations, staff were nice, brought in a couple TVs but same result then tv died after an hour… So no tv for the rest of the night.. Being a Manor the rooms are old but I liked it.

I chose the hotel for its old architecture and kitchen facility. Building is beautiful, facilities clean, walking distance to a train station, big park and nightlife too. The only minus was laud noises from the neighbours which is expected aspect of an old building. I could live with it for the overall great experience:)

Receptionist was unfriendly a smile never hurt anyone. There is no easy access to get heavy baggage up the stairs and I had to take my case down stairs. It should be mentioned that it is more a backpackers hotel in the blurb.

Property should be overhauled and inspected by authorities. Customers were cancelling their booking whilst we arrived . We met 3 girls from Canada who couldn't sleep in the room allocated due to bed bugs. Our blanket was dirty so we slept in our clothes, we only stayed as there was no where else. Avoid this property it's a health risk
