Location was ok and grounds were not the best kept up. We reserved a king size bed months in advance and when we arrived they put us in a room with 2 full beds. Said they were booked and therefore couldn't move us. There is no way they were booked based on the amount of cars and people we saw.

This property is dated. They’ve started to make some upgrades, but it needs a little more work. There was not a comfortable chair to sit in in the room. Only a kitchen type chair with the desk.

We were there to attend the TSO concert next door at the Broadmoor World Arena. We had hoped for early check-in but no rooms were ready. Alicia locked up our bag for us and allowed us to park in the hotel lot while we attended the concert. When we returned, check-in was simple and quick. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was OK, although I would have liked some kind of jam other than grape, and there was no salt or pepper set out. All in all, a very nice stay.
