It was great value for the money. We actually got a nice apartment, with a living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, washer and dryer and a huge balcony. It was a breath of fresh air after having stayed at the TINY Holiday Inn next door. The hotel had an excellent indoor pool (very large, good to swim laps in) and a nice size sauna. Downside: the room smelled faintly of cigarettes, and everything shut down at 10pm, including pool, bar and restaurant.... I would definitely stay there again.

A very pleasant surprise

Booked a one night stay before an international flight and was very impressed with the hotel. We spent time at the rooftop bar which was very pleasant. Our meal in the restaurant was lovely and service was quick and friendly. The room was very spacious and had everything we could have needed including a washing machine and dryer. We would be happy to stay again.

We enjoyed how spacious the room/apartment was. Kitchen was super handy but we did miss having a microwave. We bought some takeaways from down the road and had to heat them up in a frying pan lol We also loved sitting on the large balcony and watching the planes overhead. Walkable to many shops and bus routes.

One of Our Favourites

Have stayed many times in past years but this time communication seemed poor. We had numerous occasions where one staff member confirmed our request and then the next day the staff at registration couldn’t find any notes about for our room. Complimentary breakfast, later check out time and payment made for the airport shuttle were the communication issues but all were rectified in the end. I found out that many new staff had been hired and were still trainees. I would ask for a room facing opposite the airport, train tracks and highway because it sure was louder than the rooms we had before. We still love all the Branksome has to offer and how convenient it is to the airport, restaurants, and the Mascot train station.

Great room and amenities. The rooftop bar was a fun experience for everyone and the food was great. The housekeeping staff went above and beyond by upgrading our bedding to padded inserts without being asked on our second night. Not sure how that happened, but we appreciated it. Easy access to the airport and rental car drop off. The view of Sydney from the room made it extra special.

Great hotel after long flight

Great service and perfect for airport hotel. We flew in from Bali and not only close to airport but had great gym and pool as well as laundry within the room which worked great for arrival after week in Bali.
