Another nice stay at this well appointed hotel. Whilst we didn't receive the room we booked, we do appreciate the upgrade and complimentary later checkout. Tried the buffet breakfast for the first time here, and it was great. Catered for GF request, and personal egg preferences. Also, extra kudos to the staff for having to deal with some unsavoury clients (over privileged bogans/eshays!!). Handled their behaviour well. Looking forward to our next stay, as our go-to transit hotel

The stay at this property was very confortable and the cleanliness is their priority. It's very convenient to the airport and the city. Their facilities in the room were outstanding as they have everything one could think of. The best highlight of this property is that they have a rooftop plane spotting area along with bar which gives me all the more reason to return to this property.

Great pool, great set up in the apartment except coffee machine would not go. Nice breakfast and staff in restaurant excellent. However reception exceptionally slow, had problems understanding, should have more cash at reception. Tried to pay for hotel shuttle with cash and breakfast, but no change . Also had great problems getting VIP discount. Also had issues with the lift, would not stop on our floor.

Our Go To Hotel

This is our “go to” hotel when in Sydney. The rooms are so spacious and comfortable, with all the conveniences. We have stayed in many types of rooms and all come with washers, dryers, cooking facilities and even a dishwasher. This past visit, when we arrived at 1530, our room was not ready, so we were immediately upgraded from the cheapest room to a deluxe 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite at no charge. This was great for our 3 night stay. Would highly recommend and look forward to our next stay later in the year.

Fabulous family size suite

Great location. The hotel once upon a time had a view over airport- the MoJo hotel . Pretty much blocks that out. Parking is expertise if you pay with room - I was best to purchase later. Wilkinson room was huge with so many spaces for teenage family. Lunch offerings are poor so head out rather than room service.

The property is beautiful. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. 2nd bedroom a bit tight with a king bed. Rest of the apartment was excellent in all respects. All staff were outstanding, happy and welcoming, eager to help. There is a great roof top bar. This hotel has everything.

I have stayed in this hotel more than 6 times, however the last 2 times have not been as I expected. The last 2 occasions i have notice a decline in the cleanliness of the bathrooms which i reported and this time i noticed no improvement in the conditions. Additionally the room door card opener had failed and it took 12 hours to get it working. Every time i left my room i had to have go to reception and have someone from reception come up and let me have access to my room. I must have waisted more than an hour waiting on 3 seperate occasions. I doubt i will stay there again.

The room was clean and 5 star. Hotel was good. I came from mascot station so it was a bit of a distance. But bearable. What was horrible and worth 1 star actually was the check in process. No smiles and take way way way too long. A request for ice bucket was met with 'call from your room, not my job' attitude. No smile again. He looked tired and didn't want to be there. We were also very tired checking in after 10pm after a long day. But patiently waited in life for more than half hour then then the coldness and slowness of the the check-in process. I've checked in at many hotels of lower class than Branksome and honestly, checkin was 5 star, in and out Beautiful hotel but I won't be back purely based on this experience
