The room was adequate but needed some TLC. we were in room 205. The tap in the bathroom was very loose. The pillows were too floppy. Can’t really comment on the location as we arrived late as our flight had been delayed.

Traveling for vacation and really enjoyed all the hospitality, enjoy the breakfast and had one night where I ordered dinner and the lady’s were the sweetest that were working on shift Tuesday evening April,29th( I don’t know there names ). The manager was very helpful in solving the problem where I had little hot water and she addressed the issue right away and it was checked and resolved. All the staff was very kind and would highly recommend this location. I felt safe in the area

Great place to stay with some amenities....

Great hotel. Great location across from shops and restaurants and coffee. Mostly friendly staff and food/beverage service is great! Wishing for room service but you do have to go down to kitchen to pick it up. Nice amenities. BUT....the pool is cold!! need to raise temp to high 80's BURRRRR and hallways are cold!

Nice location

Property was beautiful, easy location and close to many sites etc. Room air conditioner was not totally attached to the wall so the cold outside air blew in all night causing a loud whistle, making it difficult to sleep.

Check in was awesome, felt welcomed and valued.

Check in was amazing. I think it was Judy, who was very pleasant, helpful and a joy to talk to. She went above and beyond in making us feel welcome. The beds in the rooms were comfortable. Overall the room seemed cleaned. I do think more attention needs to be done with the shower walls. They are getting grimy and it’s very noticeable between the top of the tile compared to where it gets stained/grime. The biggest negative, which is beyond the control of the hotel, was whoever was next to us had two big dogs who decided to start barking and howling at 8am. Didn’t hear owners in room telling them to quite so they probably left the room. The walls are thin and didn’t like getting woke up by dogs, no matter the time. Overall, the stay was enjoyable and I would stay there again in the future. Mostly because of how amazing check in was with Judy.

The woman at the front desk was very helpful and thorough, which is always a good start to a stay. The property is immaculate, and the entire staff is kind and accommodating. There were no surprises - everything was as it should be. I was able to rest and relax, which is just what I needed.

The person at the front desk talks at the top of his voice. It’s pretty unsettling. Don’t prepay for the breakfast because they only give you the cold stuff. Overall I expect More out my stays. This place was way overpriced for the most basic amenities.

No free meals here!

As a Hilton Honors client, I look forward to staying at their many locations. Big problem with this one though!! They nickel and dime everything they do! For example, a continental breakfast isn't free to their honors reward members and it cost $10.50 for just juice, fruit or even toast. That's excessive. Now if your looking for a hot breakfast it's even more. Eggs, hot potatoes and bacon runs $13 - $18, totally ridiculous.
