Buyer Beware

The place initially looks pretty sketchy. Once we entered the lobby it was clean and cozy. Front desk was super friendly. I started to have high hopes for this place. My daughter tried to take a shower the night we got there and said there was NO HOT water. I was like ok. Maybe she was being a little dramatic. NOPE!!’ I let the shower run full hot for a full 30 mins plus and it was barely warm to touch. No way could we shower before her meet that was at 7:30am. On top of that the outlet in the bathroom did NOT work. If you hit the reset it just snapped back off. No power to outlet and obviously something is not right with the electrical aspect of the outlet. The bathroom also has no real privacy. Luckily we were all family but if you weren’t, it could be very awkward. No fan in bathroom and the sliding barn door has no lock. We also were kept awake most of the night due to a bunch of cars doing burn outs in the empty parking lot across from the hotel all night long! I would also say this place does not really serve breakfast. Only yogurt and some muffins. Coffee but no cups to go have to drink it in the main lobby with glass cups. So bring your own cup. They did offer a lot of fun little games and a small bar. There is no restaurant. I felt like the reviews did not reflect honestly the place. This place had a 3.5 star rating. It was not a 3 star motel.

Overall the property and room was exactly how the listing promoted it. The only bit of feedback I have is regarding my room. The heater worked but VERY slowly. Took almost 2 days for the room to “heat up”. I was in socks, a sweater and sweatpants the entire time in the room. The rooms lock was also a bit loose. It locked fine, but if the door was pushed on the door would shift/open about 1/2 inch or so. All in all was pleased with the property and staff with it being my first time visiting CO Springs.

Disgusting stay

Room felt not clean but what can you do checking in at midnight. Zero water pressure in the shower. Water unable to drink has a funk to it. Woke up to stale breakfast pastries and sour yogurt honestly would never come back. Friends room had blood and urine stains on her sheets.

The staff was very nice. The outside looked a bit run down but the inside was spartan but adequately refurbished. There was a lot of street noise. I came because of the EV charging and it was great . Thank you PS one charger was broken but the other worked great . Breakfast was almost non existent
