The room was smaller than expected but very clean and efficient for what you need. Since the hotel is in the airport, it was super convenient to get around and explore Changi Airport.

Location to Jewel mall and the cleanliness of the room was great. Gave it a 4/5 star rating as it would have been good to have breakfast included, especially for those travelers that do not have time to enjoy the mall. Was good walking distance to T2, but if you are carrying luggage, be sure to allot more than the 5-10mins they advertise. Better to give yourself 30-45mins to navigate the luggage through to the check-in counters as there are areas where luggage carts are not allowed. Overall, great place to stay before the flight leaves! Beautiful mall and a great place for all the last minute shopping.

Very basic and small room, only one towel provided. Unreasonably early checkout time at 9 a.m. after I arrived on a normal after midnight landing. I tested this hotel on Changi, but it is in a different terminal and transferring from T4 to T1 made arrival at the hotel even later. I made a mistake and will not use this hotel again.

This is a great hotel that is literally 20 seconds from the waterfall in the jewel! Loads of good options for food within a 1 to 2 minute walk. Rooms are small but what do you expect for a hotel inside the airport? Room had a double bed and a private bathroom, and was spotlessly clean. There were no tea and coffee facilities in my room, but there is a coffee machine in the hallway. A great hotel that I will use again

Room was very clean. It is a pod hotel so you literally have just a double bed with hardly any space for your bags but we did expect that. It’s situated right in the airport with easy access to all terminals.
