The hotel was a good option for an overnight stay at the airport. The room was compact and had the facilities we needed.

I had to get tape from the front desk in order to be able to charge my electronics. I taped my chargers to the plug in. I believe that the plug should be replaced. I was unable to adjust the temperature in the room. (I followed the posted directions) I was in room 102 Kay Knock

The concept is great. The small units had everything you need. It was a bit tricky to find first time. I couldn’t find milk to go with coffee. My room’s toilet was constantly running, however I told the receptionist as I left.

Awful experience. Hygiene is non-existent, children are allowed to run rampant around the halls while yelling, bathroom smells awful, no managerial presence at all. Massive rip off for the money charged.

I wasn’t sure whether to rate it a 4 or 5. If you are looking for travel logistics solely, it’s a 5. If you are looking for a hotel in this part of town it’s a 4. They do exactly what the promise perfectly

I knew the room would be small from their website when I booked it, and it was. My wife was travelling with me, so two in the room was tight. The mattress was uncomfortable and there was only one bath towel. I asked for another towel after check in, but I was told there were none. I did get one in the morning.

It's one of the most affordable on-airport hotels, but the trade off is the rooms are tiny. Showers get water over half the bathroom and water pressure is... fine? Not recommended except for the shortest of stays. Still, it's extremely convenient, located right in Jewel Changi, so plenty of eats and shopping right there, there's water dispensers not far from your room, and the price is right - although to be fair some of their competitors also on-airport are not much more and have rooms twenty times bigger.
