Rama, was the one who checked me in and she refused to use my passport, which is a legal document to check in with. I have a service dog. She asked me for the paperwork and I said I did not have it and then I would like to turn it into a pet policy for my dog and she said no pets were allowed. She was just rude. She didn’t ask what kind of dog I had or anything she was just very rude. . In the end, she ended up making a false police report on me and calling the cops when I was checking out.

Fourth floor stair journey

Room was in fourth floor with no elevator service. Room itself was okay with a comfortable bed, but no shampoo was provided and front desk said none was available. Overall a good priced decent stay.

Good price on a busy weekend, room was big enough, a/c seemed new. Frig worked but a bit noisy. Generally clean, but only had room refreshed once in 5 days, called for fresh towels and had to go to office to get them. No amenities except coffee. Bed was fine. Bedding and towels very cheap old and thin. Good enough for the price though.

First off let me clarify that I'm not dissatisfied with my stay here. It was a relatively quiet and peaceful stay. The cost was very affordable though I am awaiting for my deposit to get returned. They told me that it would be by the end of the day upon check-out & the day's not over yet. The room was clean, spacious, the furniture was basic, kitchenette appeared updated though you had to go to the desk for most utensils. Bed was comfortable and i slept great. Their pet policy was more than fair compared to what most places try to charge you which was nice. The first night i had accidentally locked myself out of my room and had to get a temp key card which was quick and smooth considering it after midnight. However, the second night i had went down to the desk i think around 10ish to ask about some fresh towels and after 15-20 min of waiting and no assistance. I went back to my room. Still, every staff member i did interact with was pleasant and friendly. The overall cost was appealing and I feel i got the value of what i spent. I'd stay here again.
