The lobby is very nice and clean. Valet service/self park was great. No lobby bar which is a bit of disappointment given it’s so nice there. Rooms/balcony could be a bit cleaner, cleaning was always at a different time each day. Location is great right across the street from the beach and close to lots of great food/shopping. Drinks/food at the pool were great. Would try other hotels nearby before staying again.

The stuff was great! It was not 4 or 5 star hotel.the jacuzzi was always taken, no matter what time you go. The parking was extremely expensive. The room was big, the bathroom had weird smell. Super close to the beach,but umbrellas always extra $ per day, they’re providing few clocks away for free but not convenient.

Not very friendly or helpful staff (other than a gentleman who came to our room to assist with the thermostat) also: Charging an extra $200 for “amenities/resort fees” at the front counter is wild.
Paying an extra $200 for “amenities” must also include having dirty mattresses strapped to the wall directly outside your hotel door.

We expected a lot more from this “resort” given the price tag. The room was quite dated. There was mould on the light fitting as you walk on the door plus a large stain on the ceiling. The pillows were horrendous. The shower was the worst I have ever experienced in a hotel. The water pressure kept changing and then would be non existent with just a dribble coming out before turning freezing cold, then boiling hot. I booked a massage in the “spa” only to find that it was a treatment room in the gym. You are handed a robe and a pair of rubber slippers and told change in the locker room. You are then sat in the entrance to the gym to wait for your massage therapist. For USD220 for a massage I expected a lot more. The pool area is nice with a good vibe and the hotel is in a good location. All in all we were very disappointed in our stay and if we ever come to Hawaii again we will stay elsewhere.

Initially I was put in a room above the pool and it was very noisy but staff was super accomodating and I was moved after one night to a quiet room

Partially outdated… The toilet and bathtub felt very suffocated in a small space… A little bit of a strnch in the room, possibly from the bathroom area
