Great location. Right across the street from the beach. The pool and Swells bar was great. Every interaction with every staff member was so so friendly. They were very warm and welcoming. It was hubbys birthday and they made it extra special for him. Housekeeping was very lovely lady. They let us checkin early after 10hours flight with 2 small kids that was amazing. Truely appreciated that. My kids loved watching the big fish tanks and feeding times. The activities were lovely, though we didn't get to do much because of limited time in Waikiki. I would highly recommend this place to anyone at saying there .

Charges hotel doesn’t tell you on line

At check in hotel will charge your cc $100/ night security fee, supposedly refundable. Still waiting after 7 days, cannot reach real person at hotel. Also hotel will email you daily about non smoking policy and $500 fine if you smoke/vape. For non smoker this is annoying. Hotel is front and center Waikiki Beach..hotel parking lot filled w others not staying at hotel. BTW $50/day self park. Room was adequate but bathroom tiny. Not able to adjust A/C fan speed or vents in room. Probably should look at Airbnb before choosing.

Breakfast was so expensive we didn’t even try it, $50 per person…. I hope it came with steak and lobster. Overall the facilities are amazing. The staff was friendly, room was great, everything was nice and clean.

honestly no complaints, there was frequent housekeeping, the staff is super friendly, the hotel is very clean and pleasant to the eye. and this hotel is close to the beach, zoo and malls and such. since we don’t reach the age requirement to rent a car, the hotels location was very convenient for us to walk.

Great property but when asked for my upgrade they did not offer anything. They were always trying to upsell me for a better room even though I was supposed to get it granted freely .the hotel is across the street from Beach & grocery stores. It’s a very good location.

Property Security followed my sister back to our room and asked to enter our room because they claimed to have smelled "smoke"! Although there was no smoking on the property. It was scary and intrusive. I had to inform management of this extremely disturbing experience and accusation. Management seemed receptive of the feedback and offered just an apology. Please be safe, Hotel security does not always mean patrons are secure, something we learned staying at this property. So disappointing, the treatment of security is very poor or at least with certain (specific) individuals they choose to target and give poor treatment, this even occurred after spending thousands at the resort during our stay!

The hotel was very walkable and we liked the proximity to the beach. However, we were over charged by thousands of dollars twice during our 7 days. The hotel staff downplayed it and wasnt available to help us when we requested it.
