Roaches in the room, leftover trash in the trash cans bugs in beds needed maintenance in all areas. Ice machine was disgusting dispensing black particles with the ice. The ice machine scoop disappeared. The second day we were there. It was never replaced. I can only assume all the other guests were using their hands to get laundry machines didn’t work and it was impossible to get quarters to run said machines Another guest came up while we were checking out and echo our sentiments, it was rudely dealt with all in all I would never stay there again and would not recommend this to anyone else

The room had a homey feel and the kitchen had a full size stove and a decent sized fridge. Wasnt expecting to have kitchen utensils and supplies but there was one plate, coffee cup, saucer, one pot, one pan, and a baking pan. Staff was very kind and not rude. The breakfast had the same items every day but still the fact the staff makes an effort shows their care for thier guests.

The manager is an angel, top notch customer service. Sausage and biscuits with hard boiled eggs And apple juice..need I say more No book this spot asap you will not be disappointed.

The staff here is very friendly and accomdated us very well. The kitchenette had more than i expected it to as far as pots and pans and dishes. But the space wqs amazing and i cant thank them more for being so friendly!!

Worst stay ever they took my deposit said I was smoking in the room but I don’t smoke anymore and the floor was filled with stains the room smells of cigarettes bad and there were cockroach’s climbing the walls when I got up to get breakfast the breakfast was good everything else except for the night time clerk was great the guy had oxygen mask on but was super helpful and kind but the girl in the daytime was just awful

I realize that it is an older hotel and they are renovating but we asked to me moved to another room due to a broken bathroom door and I killed a cockroach. The room we were moved to had a hand towel hanger coming out of the wall. Plus my friend woke up with bites all over one of her calves. The only way I would stay inthis place again is if it was in a newly remodeled room. It would also be easier on people with a handicap to have the breakfast room on the first floor or have an elevator.
