An actual B&B, with fresh made breakfast and meeting the actual other people that stay at the location. A beautiful house in a wonderful location, walkable to so many places in the arena district and the convention center.

Tracy was an amazing host. The home was beautiful and the accommodations were perfect for our girlfriends’ trip. The breakfast was delicious and her recommendations for things to do in the area were spot on. We really enjoyed ourselves. High recommend and would stay here again.

Tracy is a wonderful hostess of this B&B! The breakfasts were wonderful and the room was so comfortable, we felt right at home. This is a great location. Literally just a few steps away from Short North, but very quiet and peaceful. We have been here many times, but we really enjoyed our time here this last stay. The rooms have been refreshed and with Tracy as the new manager of the Lincoln Inn we look forward to staying here again soon.

We arrived around 8 p.m. We were fortunate that someone was leaving the house that could explain to us where the envelop was with our room info. Otherwise, we would have felt lost. Everything about the place was very nice and the bed was most comfortable. Breakfast was great. I'm not sure of their TV service. I couldn't find local channels, including my Stanley Cup hockey game. Mostly rerun channels. We only stayed one night so I didn't ask our host.

The place was gorgeous and clean. The breakfast was like a homemade one and unique. Nancy was welcoming. I strongly recommend this place to anyone who likes an experience different from a 4- or 5-star regular hotel, but at the same level of cleanliness and service.

Being so close to downtown Columbus and High Street, the cozy back yard and screened in porch is a relaxing treat. I am looking forward to breakfast after seeing the dining room and kitchen.

Very nice place,Better communication

The house was very nice. Bed was 4/5 but that’s probably personal preference. Breakfast was WONDERFUL. My only suggestion is that there be better communication about checking in. We tried to walk to the front door. Discovered a sign to go to back. Went in through kitchen. Almost left to call the number provided on website before my husband wandered into the dining room and found an envelope two rooms away from where we entered, with our names. No information prior to arrival, letting us know to look for such envelope or that we should park in back. No info where to go to find stairs, or which way our room was; Or that our room was on the third floor with no one around to ask for help. We never even saw anyone until 8:00am the next day at breakfast. A little weird compared to the other many B&Bs we’ve stayed in.

Well, there is so much to say about our experience so far but not enough characters in this comment section to justify it. First and foremost, Tracy is absolutely amazing and was very speedy in responding back to our inquiries! When we first came to the property, she was so accommodating and welcoming! The property is absolutely amazing and the grounds/parking are super sweet! My kiddo said she felt like she was at Nana's house which translates into her feeling at home! So many things are within walking distance - the convention center, art district, food, boutiques, etc. we will be enjoying the breakfast tomorrow but don't think I need to leave a review as SO many have commented on how wonderful it is and I trust! Will definitely come back!

This place was simply beautiful! Tracy was awesome! We loved our daily talks at breakfast. The breakfast was delicious! The room was just like my daughter’s when she was a kid and she was so happy walking into it. I would give it 10 stars if that was an option. I’d stay here every time I went to Columbus.

The property is tucked away from the main downtown but, you can easily navigate to all sorts of laid back eateries or fancy fine dining. Cool shops and an awesome market called North Market - a must visit! There’s a lovely macaroon shop and a delicious cafe called Fox in the Snow! The hostess-managed Tracy is awesome! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and very good at making every customer feel acknowledged and appreciated! The outside of the property is very inviting and whimsical! A really cool back enclosed back porch. The dining area is beautifully decorated and comforting! The rooms are well maintained and comfortably-beautiful! Breakfast was delicious!

We chose this gorgeously decorated old house because it is within walking distance of the convention center where we were attending a workshop. Our room was one of three on the third floor and has a skylight, little transom windows, and a full bath with a tub. It is a wonderful use of what must have been the old attic. Tracy is a wonderful host! We did not know the schedule for our workshop when we made our reservations, and when I realized that we would miss breakfast, Tracy volunteered to adjust the time of our breakfast to fit our schedule. I’m so glad she did that because her breakfasts are delicious and filling. We were very pleased with our stay here, and highly recommend this property.

Tracy is wonderful, and the property is very inviting. They provide hot chocolate packets, microwave popcorn, and the best chocolate cake to enjoy! The breakfasts are always wonderful, and the accommodations excellent. I have stayed in 3 different rooms, and they are all unique and comfortable. I love staying here when in Columbus, and will for sure be back!
