The water was horrible barely coming out of the faucet. Hot water was limited. The room was very small, and the food top bar was closed

Overall, the stay was good, but the rooms are extremely small. The upcharge for a balcony with ‘unlimited snacks and beverages’ felt expensive for what was essentially a basic balcony with some chips and soda.
