Desk clerk was nice. Room wasnt horrible. No sign of bugs. But there is an overall feeling of nott clean. Walking around barefoot resulted in filthy feet. As a female traveling alone I felt safe.

When I checked in I was given what I thought would be a non-smoking room. As soon as I stepped into the room there was a very strong cigarette smell. There was a “no smoking” sign on the door. The hallways need a refresh - the carpet is dirty and door trims need repainting. I returned the key card and left. Very disappointing.

Actually one of the dirtiest hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. We got in late so really just went straight to bed. I will say the beds looked clean enough. The next morning we noticed debris all over the floor (I stepped on gravel?), none of the high touch surfaces were wiped..the phone, door handle even desk were greasy/dirty, hairs in the shower and there was chocolate (I hope) smudged on the wall. We hurried out of there!

The floors were dirty, the whole hotel smelled, our room smelled especially bad, the bathrooms were not clean. It was an extremely uncomfortable stay. When asked to be refunded, they refused. We had checked in late (with a very tired child- with no where else to go), had a tournament to be at at 7:00 am and we were gone all day. When we returned back to the hotel, they said I should have spoken with them sooner. Not understanding at all.

Staff was wonderful and pleasant. The hotel just needs renovated. The walls on the 2nd floor coming off the elevator are all marked up and wallpaper is missing in some areas. The carpet is old and it shows. The bathroom countertop was cracked from nearly end to end like someone sat on it. Overall it’s a good hotel, but with some work, the life can be brought back into it.

The toilet wasn’t working, my husband went down to asked if we can get a new room with a working toilet. They gave him a plunger and said they didn’t have any more available rooms it was late and we were coming tired from a concert. so we just stayed because we didn’t have another option. but I really thought that was bad service.
