The room smelled bad. Very old and run down. Holes in the walls. Shower and sink faucets were broken. Carpet was threadbare. AC was loud. Neighborhood seemed sketchy.

We booked a room with 2 queen beds. Beds were doubles. There was mold inside the refrigerator, and on the AC vents. Bathroom door stuck and there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom

I did not like the mold. No one is even trying to hide it. I was on the second floor they moved me after I complained about the mold. I was moved to the first floor and there's even more mold. How is this legal.

The location is great and quiet. The first room we were given was moldy smelly and the fridge leaked all over the floor. Second room we were given smelled. The air ducts blew dust into the room. The carpet stripes had screws sticking out of the floor. The toilet bowl leaked when we flushed it. Housekeeping left cleaning supplies around but never came back to clean the room. Never washer the tub or the sinks. The place needs a proper cleaning. The entire place smells of mold and dampness.

The hot food options were not of good quality. I wouldn’t recommend eating breakfast at the hotel. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The room was in disrepair. Not the front door and bathroom door would not close completely. The tv would turn on but had no picture. Some plugins did not have covers on them. The lighting was not very good. When i spoke to desk about the tv they simply told me to try to unplug it and plug it back in. Didn’t work. Hotel was in good location and plenty of parking.

TV wasn't working called they answered and sent someone up and fixed the issue. Second issue day two of four the body Soap in the shower was empty and didn't get refilled. Called the Office didn't answer phone but left a message to have that done but it got missed and wasn't done. Overall stay was great noise was minimal, pool was nice the linens were cleaned and replaced towels as well.

Won’t stay here again

This hotel was really run down. Broken ice machines, the hallways were not air conditioned, and our room smelled bad. The room’s A/C unit wouldn’t cool properly. I looked at the filters and they were clogged up and disgusting. Water leaked out from under the base of the toilet. The shower curtain wasn’t long enough to even hang inside the tub, so every time we showered, water went everywhere. The mini fridge collected tons of water, and the microwave door button was missing.

We stayed 4 nights here for my son’s graduation. We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was quiet, and we slept good on the comfortable beds. Breakfast was delicious. Friendly service. Kids enjoyed the pool. Quick drive to Fort Benning. It was a great experience and will stay here again if in the area!
