Place is excellent. The reason for the mid review is that all of my work trucks had their windows smashed and were gone thru. When I talked to the cops, they said that this has been an ongoing problem and that they told the Managers to tell customers. We were never told about this. Which is pretty bad for a hotel not to let customers know what’s been happening.

Bathroom was tiny and an awkward shape. We had to ask the front desk for soap to wash our hands. My daughter found a hair on her pillow that was not hers. The hotel needs updating but decent hotel for the price.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and came with several amenities ( microwave, fridge, coffee machine) bathroom was well stocked with clean towels. The breakfast was beyond what we expected. They severed eggs, sausage, hash browns,biscuits and gravy. They had a cereal bar, fresh fruit, juice, coffee, muffins, waffles, toast, yogurt, and Plenty of condiments for each. The parking was well lit and very secure. It hotel itself is located in a very nice area surrounded by both fast food and fine dining. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the Columbus area.

The staff was excellent. The food had a lot of variety, the only thing is you needed to get there early to have it hot. The room was clean but needed some repairs. There were plenty of parking.
