It was beautiful and we have such high expectations. The younger male at the front desk at check in was not very nice. He did not tell me about our incidental room charge until I asked. We had a dog barking and howling in the room next to us, and the breakfast was not good. Potatoes were soggy, pancakes and French toast were hard and the waffle maker was broken. I do want to say, the middle aged male maybe in his 30’s with glasses working at night on Saturday and the beautifully aging female Sunday morning were so very nice! The woman at the front desk was trying to get my daughter excited for cheer even when she was freezing from the door! She helped a lot that morning!!!!

After expressing that I am a heart patient I didn’t expect to be harassed by the staff over my Service Animals but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. This Facility broke the law when the desk clerk told me I will have to have forms of documentation per said animals to be able to check in. When discussed with the “Manager” Grant, he assured me he would make this right with complimentary things and to see him personally to make up for this. When I seen him personally he gave me complimentary waters. Didn’t even remember speaking to me over the phone a couple days prior. Just overall very unprofessional and made my stay here very uncomfortable. We will not be using this Hotels services again. The only 5 star thing about this place was Ms.Christine at the front desk. She was a doll. She made our stay somewhat okay.

Hotel itself is huge, rooms are spacious, bed comfortable. The whole place though is extremely dated and needs a good renovation and cleaning. The amount of dust on the torn and dented light fixtures alone is appalling. Indoor/outdoor pool is nice to have but again needs renovated. Looks good in pictures but run down up close. Manager reception is great. This location provides a decent variety of snacks to go with free drinks from the bar. Bartenders are awesome. Both nights they were extremely friendly. The breakfast is really good too. Made to order omelets! I was also very impressed with the buffet. Fresh fruit and granola to make parfaits, pancakes AND waffles. Was a bit surprised they charged for parking. It wasn’t much but we had two cars so got charged for each one. This is not downtown and trust me there are plenty of spaces available.
