The first room that was assigned was not cleaned from the previous occupants and the first thing we saw was the ironing board. After calling the front desk, we were assigned another room in which we found food in the refrigerator and a dirty wash cloth under the sink. Very disappointed!

Great location if being on airport property is your main priority. Bad location if you want a beer and a bite to eat. You have to walk 2 hotels down to eat/drink in their lobby. The bed was comfortable, the person checking me in seemed annoyed to be there. Overall, I was there less than 24 hrs and it was a clean place to sleep. Breakfast was on the house and was decent.

Great spot for a quick trip to see a show at Kemba Live. Only gripe , hot water in the shower was luke warm. I will stay again 100 percent . Dude at the desk was very nice.

Very clean hotel and conveniently located next to the airport. The breakfast was delicious and varied each day of my four day stay. The staff was helpful and friendly. I recommend this hotel especially for short trips to Columbus Ohio.

Dirty room at a worn hotel.

Staff were friendly. But that’s where it ends. The room was dirty which I didn’t notice the dirty towel, step out towel by the shower or the Mac and cheese bowl in the trash until I was settled. It was like someone showered and ate dinner and forgot to clean up after themselves - like they got distracted. I got there late for an early morning flight. I don’t plan on staying there again.

I was traveling with my 89 year-old mother-in-law. We arrived at 7:00. We ordered some dinner from a local restaurant and had it DoorDash to the hotel. I personally asked a woman at front desk as well as called town to the woman at the front desk with purple hair Too. Please call the room and I will come down to pick up the food. I called the front desk at 8:30 and she said it was there. I walked down to get it and she was playing on her phone and laughing. Said nothing to me just played her game.
