Very disappointed. There are no luggage racks in the suites. Had to use coffee table and desk, which was way more inconvenient than storing rack in closet and setting it up. Not til I needed it did I discover there was no hair dryer, tho housekeeping brought one immediately. Glad we always pack alarm clock because there was none.

The room was great and I rested well, the only thing was a couple of days my room wasn't serviced, but I did tell the front desk about it and they did take care of it the third day. that has never happened before and I always stay there. They also had spinach quiche on Monday. it didn't taste quite done, but I did enjoy everything else.

Staff was nice and breakfast was fine but there was no ice in the building. We had to buy a bag of ice to use for water and drinks. The outside temperatures were hot and we couldn’t take iced drinks out with us. I asked about ice in the kitchen but they said no.

Very nice stay

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff was nice as well. Unfortunately, all of the ice machines were down for refurbishment as well as the whirlpool. Was not notified of this before booking, but was not a deal breaker.

The television didn't work (no cable feed). When I told the hotel front desk the next morning when I checked out, they acted surprised and said they would put in a service ticket. I met up with colleagues at a conference later that day who stayed in the same hotel. Their rooms' televisions didn't work either.

Fair, but not "really nice".

Lobby and desk staff were friendly, helpful, and prompt. The room was somewhat fair, but little things were off: light bulbs burned out, grout dirty, lamps unplugged & lampshades very crooked, areas around the door frames needed vacuumed or painted. We had 2 guests, but 1 washcloth and two towels. There were no extra blankets if we were. chilled. The curtains did not cover the windows so the street light shone all night. There's also two small lights on the smoke detextor that flash bright green every second across from the bed. The breakfast staff seemed overwhelmed and emotional, though things appeared to be reasonably alright. The whirlpool is empty, but the small pool with clean and very comfortably warm. Area around the hotel is safe and there are many restaurants. Its surrounded by office space and retail. Very suburbia.

The pool was the best part of the stay. The water was bath water warm and fabulous!! The room was not so great. It had not been well cleaned/prepared for our visit. For example, I found a whlipped cream cap by the tv, the toilet seat was up (as opposed to having a wrapper around the seat indicating cleanliness) and none of the trash cans had liners. The staff was nice and breakfast was good.
