Clean room and friendly staff. Easy check ina nd check out process. We greatly appreciated the shoveled sidewalk after the winter storm the day/night before. Only problem we faced was the pool was cold, and with a little one who really wanted to swim, it put a damper on things. But overall a good stay!

Some things were out the control of the staff and it was just unfortunate that we got stuck next to a room full of kids celebrating a 21st bday party. We called the front desk TWICE to handle the situation between 3-4 am! Then we had the joy of being awokeby the housekeepers
Housekeeping decided to have an 8 am gossip session outside our door after we had been up all night. Then we go down to breakfast and the house keepers were RUDELY shoving our family aside to get their own breakfast…after WAKING us all up!

Our room was filthy. It looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a few past guests. There were piles of crumbs all along side the bed. I heard someone sweeping out in the hall and asked him to do our room.. he was very friendly and apologized. Our couch was covered in stains. I was just grossed out.

Clean rooms and sheets very nice room. Place to sit besided on bed or chair. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was ok but nice variety. Im not a breakfast person. When booking the room i was nervous about all the reveiws with break ins on vehicles. But the parking lot is well light up. We didnt have a problem and we wher parked in the back parking lot. Will definitely stay there again when in the eara again.

I stay here frequently when I’m in Cbus to visit family. SUPER friendly staff. The property is probably ready for a bit of a facelift, but just minor stuff. When the prices are right, im always down to stay here!!
