The ONLY problem that I had was with the shower curtain. It had some of the loops and hooks not working properly so I had trouble closing the curtain completely. And this was the ONLY problem. I loved the room and will definitely book this room on my next trip to Columbus. PS Your staff was very friendly and helpful. True gems.

Our suite offered plenty of room making things feel more like an apartment than just a hotel room. We rented a queen suite which offered a separate bedroom, small living room, full kitchen, including an oven, and bathroom. Upon arrival, the air conditioner in the living room area was not working properly. We called the front desk where Kiya, the attendant at the front desk immediately requested a repairman, Juan, who showed up promptly, took the entire air conditioner apart and quickly repaired it. He was both, professional and knowledgeable. Kiya was an absolute Gem! She was quick to assist, and very friendly and professional as well. I really enjoyed my entire 6 day stay at this property. It's nestled in a beautiful neighborhood with lots of shopping and restaurants in walking distance. My experience was such that I would definitely choose this Townhouse Suites by Marriott again. I feel like I met a friend in Kiya.
