Very out dated hotel, shower takes 15 minutes to get hot, sink water pressure is stronger than shower water, toilet kept clogging up, and ac was cold but kept shutting off and on every 15 minutes which made it uncomfortable when sleeping. Elevators take forever especially in the suite wing. Will not stay here again, not even for a discount.

Not happy with our room our neighbor smoke and all the smoke will come into our room thru side doors. Hotel staff never informed us about new services in the hotel like the new loop ride or the $ 75 dlls savings the we had each day .

Staff did not know information about the hotel. Room smelled. Hallway smelled! Door between rooms are thin you can hear people talking at two in the morning and at 7 AM. Spa check in was uncomfortable.! Employees provided poor directions!
