At check-in I asked for an upgrade and paid for a larger room. Was getting settled in and found 3 live roaches. Was repacking and noticed a pair of shoes left in the room from the last guests. Front desk gave me a new room but no refund of my upgrade fees. Overall this property is old and not in the greatest condition. The guests are generally older - think AARP CROWD. Lots of wheelchairs and gray hairs.

We only stayed one night but the time was spent well. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and jacuzzi and then ordered dinner and chilled in our room. The hotel is like a little city. Lots of fun to be had.
