The staff was very friendly and helpful… The room was clean and very spacious, much more than your typical hotel room… That is super important and very much appreciated. It makes the stay much more comfortable.

When I first walked in to the room. I went to the bathroom and it was dirty. There was some hair on the floor and also the shower tub was dirty. When you flush the toilet, it was very loud. When I took a shower, the spout diverter. When you pull on it in order to get the water flowing to shower head. It was coming out of the wall. I took a picture of it. Also I could hear the people in next room very clearly. And there is more. I’m not the type of person that likes to complain but this was very bad. And an other thing, I don’t understand if you’re staying at a hotel. Why should you pay for self parking. This was terrible.

Frequent and aggressive time share "offers". $35 early check in fee. No coffeemaker or microwave in room (you can get a microwave in your room for $25 per day). There is a $56 per day mandatory "resort fee". You have to call if you want your room made up. We called security because a loud and potentially violent confrontation between two men in the hall outside our room. On the plus side, the beds were comfortable. The views nice. The closeness of the monorail was great. We will not be back. There are many better options.

Was told there was no room available for us on check-in. When we finally got a room it was dirty. We were then upgraded but the rooms door facing the pool areas struggled to lock. It to two women to push the door closed in order to lock the doors. Felt like a security risk

The staff was great but when we checked in the first room they gave us had not been cleaned so back to the lobby we went. I talked to a lady who i thought was a desk clerk she took me to a counter and proceded to tell them to give me a $125 gift card and help me with my problem so im thinking well thats a bit much i just want a clean room to go to, after i stood there for 15 min i get told that its for banquet i have to attend for some reason or another to get the $125 gift card and had nothing to do with my room. long story short 20 min later got another room it was clean and quite comfortable. vallet staff were super friendly.the gift shop and food court are quite expensive.

We loved the monorail being on property and so easy to use. We loved how the location being off the beaten path a bit made it feel safe. The facilities are a little dated but it makes it cool especially with the nods to Elvis. It was clean and there was a lot to do and see in the hotel!
